  1. Something that is very annoying with him is that because his run animation is relatively fast he sounds like a survivor running and his breathing sounds like a gen being worked on lol

  2. To try and answer the question 'what's the most efficient way of playing him would be' – you run M&A and… that's it, really.

You should also probably complement your M&A with Infectious fright, especially considering that he does have 'an ult' which, in theory, can help you down several people quickly.

The idea is to sneak up on people in a bad position and start throwing knives until the body hits the floor. I think that if you get close enough you can basically down them from a healthy state in seconds, especially if you have certain add-ons.
Sniping people across the map is possible, but pointless. It takes 8 knives per health state at least, since the 'laceration meter' goes down with time.
What you can do, however, is: you can your your knives to interrupt totem cleansing. A single knife will do it and the cleansing will have to begin anew. Problem is: you'd have to run hex perks for that to be relevant.

… you can also rather effectively camp with this killer, now that I think about it. You can interrupt hook saves from a distance. It's slightly harder than interrupting totem cleansing, but it's possible.

In conclusion: while he's not designed to sneak up on enemies, he benefits greatly from doing so, and that's how I'm going to try an play him. If people come up with different strategies – well, I'd be interested to see what those are.

  3. been playing against him for most of the day, i have escaped 16 times in a row, he is dog shit. the survivors in this vid are really bad and run in straight lines. if you dodge or break line of site then he cant do anything. just a worse huntress.

  4. Im sorry, i didn't like this guy. The game had a dark and gothic atmosphere and now i just see a Valorant character chasing me. No thrill, nothing spooky. I would not get surprised if we hear sounds like "ok!! let's go! yeaahh and bingooo…Keep the game dark please.
