The new killer the skull merchant keeps getting so much unnecessary backlash in my opinion. I don’t understand why, if you get to know her power and potential by multitasking, she becomes overwhelming to keep up with. If I had to put her in a tier list position, I would say at the very least, she’s low average (but not WEAK). At the very most, she’s above average (but not STRONG)

I'm going to said it I like the Skull lady she reminded me of comic's/manga villain and I love villain.
Honestly I'm glad someone else is seeing she's strong. I was theorizing playing her as a hardcore slugger would put her reasonably high on a tier list just from her defensive play alone. But aggressive scouting seems to be really strong, and doing both would just be almost impossible to deal with. Definitely not going to be fun to go against
Also watching you play her is making a lot of her design choices make more sense, which makes me think a lot of the backlash is just she's a completely alien concept to DBD. There's nothing to compare her to for playstyle or overall effectiveness besides hag or trapper, when in reality she's more "Map Lock-down Ghost Face". No one else in the game has the same level of inherent area denial
All she needs is a "robot babe" or "Totally not a predator" skin, and I can see more people being satisfied with her thematically. Only thing that bugs me about her is her lore/add-on flavor text using the term "Mangas", when Manga is inherently plural– Plus her dad presumably made serialized comics like Batman-but-darker, not manga in the official sense.
This is one of those cases where people are trashing the killer because they don't like the chapter. Same thing happened with Sadako and we all know by now just how bad herd mentality is in DBD. I've had a blast with her on PTB and can't wait to see how she's optimized in the future. Being able to hide her stains while in a drone is huge and I've had a lot of fun mixing and matching perks and seeing how stealthy she can be

I'm not even watching any of the other content from other channels on this killer cos all they do is complain. I need solutions and strategies not whining. I'm glad you're making content that really looks at the strats that make this killer fun to play, deadly and interesting to verse.
So far I’ve seen other players use her and make her extremely good. I guess it depends on the player
Mfs talk bout "herd mentality" when everyone here is meat riding this man that just wants to be different, she is a bad killer, good game sense and good build does not make up for the fact that her kit suffers from too much diversity, what the main stream shit on dbd is telling you about this killer is pretty true, they are a bad killer, if I went on a 50+ winstreak as Freddy because I used the most obnoxious build ever or even just a good build at that, that would not prove that Freddy is a good killer in the slightest, it would merely prove that I know the game well enough and I know how to craft a good enough build that I can simply go on a winstreak like that
this is the first time in my life i've watched a vid on a killer main and actually thought they were extremely skilled without having to be explained how or why. awesome vid, keep em coming.
This will most likely be my last discussion type video on this killer, sorry if it got annoying or just added to the constant whining this community keeps regurgitation back and forth. Next videos will be fun videos showcasing add-ons, my perkless/add-on streak (13 right now), and videos about my many strategies (next strategy video will be on my [counter] clockwise hybrid lockdown)!!

I wish she was better but truth is she is objectively one of the weakest killers we have gotten in a while. At base she's Pig but instead of bear traps she has drones and even then Pig has a special or second part of her kit and this killer doesn't. (No I don't count the radar as another ability). It's definitely cool to see people winstreak with the weaker killers but truth is unfortunately the facts at least for now before her going into live is that she's probably one of the bottom 5 killers currently. I have hope she will get great buffs going into live though. Time will tell we just have to wait and see
She looks fun, I like her design, and her perks (While they could use a buff) are pretty fun when they get use. Could she use some changes to make her more fun and feel better? Yes of course but I really do believe people are overreacting

You can have a 1000 winstreak with her . The power is incredibly boring and uninspired. I miss when they made fun and mecanical killers like wesker, huntress spirit etc. for me regardless of strenght her power makes my want to lay down and sleep. They i no mecanical skill required , the same reason i dislike hag-trapper.
Is hilarious how there's 6 new perks for surv to try new builds, and people still running dead hard xD
The guy that you thought was running faster was using the new survivor perk that when you unhook a survivor, you gain 150% running speed for 6 seconds
