  1. Most of the complaining would never happen if everybody played both sides almost equally. I play both sides a lot and I can get behind the changes either way.

My personal opinion: killers should be overpowered, and survivors should fear them (but I doubt that would ever happen)

  2. I hope one day Dev can do something about the totem spawn location. Just make them not immediately beside line of sight of survivor spawn or in the middle of cross road where no effort is needed to find one

  3. you kinda contradicted yourself in the argument that ds AND undying is getting nerfed. Although ds is powerful, you cant compare to actual undying, you could compare to noed for example, that is a strong perk (not overpowered) that needs a nerf or a tweak somehow for a quality of life to the game.
The game is meant to be killer sided, and there's no problem in that. And again, although they nerf the two sides, i think they should do a lot more for the game be balanced (killer side) but fun and fair for survivors

  4. this isn't just a dbd thing, it affects other games with classes, or sides. In Destiny, everyone always thinks the class they are maining is the underpowered one, and the other classes are OP and ez. It also doesn't help that Bungie takes about just as long as Behavior to make nerfs to things that are blatantly OP. I think it has to do more with people want to be "fighting the uphill battle" cause when you win, it feels like you made a major accomplishment and when you lose it was "supposed to happen." I think it can also give people a false sense of skill, like "I only lose against OoS and DS+Unbreakable/Ruin+Undying." Everyone is good at the game until you have to play the meta, then everyone is "cheesing and OP."

  5. ruin undying nerf is bullshit
    billy nerf was bullshit
    thanatophobia nerf was bullshit
    huntress lullaby nerf was bullshit
ds nerf is ultra-bullshit (welcome to tunnel-land)

noed needs a "nerf" and by nerf i mean balance but no… "lets nerf undying and make a shitty rift yeah!!"

  6. ruin undying made it so the survivors do gens slower.
DS, (if you dont use it like an asshole) prevents you from being tunneled
I dont use ds because its a strong perk, i just dont want to be tunneled

  8. its not about gettint a nerf im all for a ds change its the way they did it and im flattered that u dont seem to realize the bad design behind the change.
its ok to flashlight safe and click at the killer and then jump in a locker, but getting heal tapped by urself or under the hook negates ds immediantly? i think thats bs and thats just 1 example

  9. That's cool and all but undying has absolute shit to do with DS. It's not yin and yang here. DS is being nerfed while camping is going to get worse with undying getting nerfed. So taking your advice, both nerfs will equally fuck survivors even worse. Maybe you play with a great 4 man swf so nerfs don't hurt you. Soloq is where these problems lie. Periodt

  10. I mainly play survivor with my friends but have recently gotten into the killer side of the game. at first the survivor in me was upset that DS was getting nerf as i tend to get tunneled but after all of 5 minutes of thinking about it DS is just now what it was meant to be a anti tunnel perk and honestly I'm excited that now my friends might start using more than just DS in every build I too used DS in all of my builds for a while but found that that became kinda bland so i spice it up with stupid builds now or underrated perks

  11. When a meta gets relied on by 80% of players then something has to be done because it makes things boring. It happens with every game that gets a meta.
I'm happy with both the ds and undying nerfs.

  12. what do you think about the survivor lose scratchmarks for about 5 seconds after using decisive strike? making the killer loose the survivor is a better way to stop the tunneling right?

  13. Decisive Strike in the current state of the game is incredibly annoying but also incredibly Easy to Avoid, but i think this Next Change will definitely make it less of a meta perk and more what it was designed for.
Object Of Obsession on the other hand i never really went up aganist people who were really strong with this perk (mainly due to me coming back relatively recently in the game) but i can see why theyre changing it, do i think the perk isnt that strong (both pre patch and post patch) outside of select instances compared to something like Windows or Dead Hard?; not really, but its definitely usable in A SwF format.
    as for the
Undying Change; it's definitely needed, as for the other perk changes, theyre kinda meh.
