  1. Pyramid head is a construct within James' mind to represent his need for punishment. In the game, TWO Pyramid heads were beaten by James with just a rifle/shotgun/pistol.

Nemesis was only killed with a facility powered railgun after he was boiled in acid and was set completely on fire.

If we ignore Pyramid head's supernatural nature, it's clear that Nemesis would win. Problem is, Pyramid head is a god within the Silent Hill universe, or at least the right of god, Valtiel. Can Valtiel die in the tradition sense? Kinda unknown, but what was shown within the games, Pyramid head physically cannot overpower even a base Nemesis as the dude was somewhat stopped by a dude who was emasculated throughout the game.

Kinda an unstoppable force (Nemesis) versus an immovable object (Pyramid head).

  2. Nemesis would win by default. Pyramid Head may be a manifestation of judgement, but Nemesis is not responsible for any of the death he has dealt. Consequently, I don't believe that Pyramid Head would engage.

  3. Nemesis is good but he’s still just flesh. Pyramid head is… well I’m not sure but I’m fairly sure he’s immortal. Plus there are multiple pyramid heads in the silent hill games as well

  4. Nemesis can only die from a Nuke/Railgun, and would always mutate to become stronger and survive through anything.

We would end up in a battle where those entities are in stalemate, as neither Nemesis to Pyramid Head nor Pyramid Head to Nemesis can deal enough damage to kill.
