I wouldnt consider one crouch a t-bag, more so : ah ok you hit me.
Though i still advocate for mostly removing it from the game.
My fix would a be a simple one, if a survivor crouches they have a 3 second animation of standing up like the pig and if they crouch again anytime time in the next 5 seconds they have a 10 second debuff where they cant run for bad manners.
Fun fact! Most times the average is not a good use to find the general population data. In large sample sizes it’s better to look at both the mean and median to determine some ideas about the population. For example if you looked at 100 random American salaries and you happened to get bill gates of 100 million + the data become drastically skewed for the average but the median still should hover in the 50-100k range as expected!
