try this one, blood favor, undying, pain res, and pentimento. use any ad-ons you'd like but I do adrenaline rush and blighted crow.
I play a bit different as a blight main, for add ons i use adrenaline vial and blighted crow and my perks are nowhere to hide, call of brine, bbq and shadowborn and i have to say that this build is pretty damn strong even tho i dont rely on gen slowdown perks except cob
