  1. Tat, I was trying to sell my coal tower and now you've murdered a group of people in front of it. What will I tell the buyers now? You've ruined my property's value.

  2. I miss old Freddy, i played the shit out of him and he was my second killer I got to P3 behind huntress. I loved how stupid his power was as a concept, it was ridiculous but effective. I think the perfect thing they could’ve done with Freddy is remove the slowdown on slowdown and then add the teleport onto the original power. It would put Freddy back into control of the dream world and make the old ability to aura read sleeping survivors even more devastating. He’d be the ultimate control killer. As much as I like the pallets they’re kinda bullshit and prolly shouldn’t be a thing anymore

  3. I'm a nerd about numbers in the game, so I'm gonna do math to see just how much further the two addons take Bubba.

So, Bubba's chainsaw movement speed starts off slowed and rapidly accelerates to 5.29 meters per second, but for the sake of simplicity, let's just omit the second or so he spends accelerating to his maximum speed from our calculations. If we omit that, we have a 1-second dash for our first token, a 2-second dash for our second token, and a 2-second dash for our third token, all moving at 5.29 meters per second, for a total of 5 seconds of moving at 5.29 meters per second. This means we can cover a maximum distance of 26.45 meters of distance in the time we spend at maximum acceleration.

Now let's factor in the addons. Firstly, the easy one: Award-Winning Chili. This addon simply makes each dash last half a second longer at max. So the first dash is now 1.5 seconds long and the last two are 2.5 seconds long. We've now gone from spending 5 seconds in our dash at max speed to 6.5 seconds, increasing the distance travelled to 34.385 meters.

As for the movement speed addon—Bubba's maximum chainsaw speed is calculated by multiplying his base movement speed by a factor of 1.15—in other words, increasing his movement speed by 15%. The Beast's Marks increases this multiplier to 1.18, making him go from 15% faster to 18% faster, or from 5.29 meters per second to 5.428 maters per second.

Combining these two addons together, we move at 5.428 meters per second for 6.5 seconds. This means that our total distance covered in one chainsaw sweep, acceleration time not factored in, is increased from 26.45 meters to 35.282 meters. That's a lot. But is it the farthest we can go with addons?

Combinging double speed increases the multiplier to 1.2, upping our max speed from 5.29 meters per second to 5.52. In 5 seconds, we travel 27.6 meters in that time. For a green and yellow, that is sorely unimpressive. However, combining double duration addons gives us an extra 0.75 seconds per token, meaning we spend 7.25 seconds going at max speed. At 5.29 meters per second, we cover 38.3525 meters in that time. That is substantially more than using duration and speed together.

In conclusion: The speed addons suck lmao

  4. it's kinda selfish to ask this but i don't have these perks and i thought of a pretty strong meme build for legion that would be pretty fun to try out, when playing legion i've found the biggest problem is downing people since his ability promotes slowdown rather than lethality (it can be lethal but not designed for that reason purely)
the build i've thought of is
    fire up
this was the perk i was most interested in with legion since his biggest problem is getting early downs and because he cannot down survivors quickly AND consistently unlike other killers (cos his ability) so fire up is a great perk to help apply that pressure to survivors when kiting and make that consistency quicker (this perk has amazing synergy with thanatophobia)
    thanatophobia
thanatophobia is an underrated perk that although isn't amazing, is still really strong on some killers which legion fits into, while fire up increases your efficiency, thanatophobia decreases theirs which is why i think these perks need to be paired to get a lethal build as well as the other two perks to secure 4k's
    call of brine
out of every gen perk i think call of brine is the strongest and i mean that in an objective way, the only reason why is because it's consistent 100% of the time unlike other really good perks like pop or ruin (which are amazing perks) pop requires a hook for it to work and ruin is tied behind a hex, if that hex is removed at the early part of the game you lose a perk slot, not to mention that legion isn't the best when it comes to defending objectives, it takes 320 seconds to fully regress a generator, with call of brine it takes off nearly 3 minutes of time it would usually take to fully regress a gen as well as having no cool down and a built in surveillance (this perk also works really well with the next perk)
    eruption
eruption isn't an amazing perk but with legion and call of brine this perk is deadly, when you kick a gen you basically mark it, once you down a survivor eruption then causes all gens to explode making them regress with 6% taken off immediately and all survivors who were working on a marked gen when they exploded have the incapacitated debuff disabling them from interacting with objectives more importantly gens and healing other survivors as well as causing them to scream, this perk is self explanatory on why it's broken on legion since he will be able to have 100% uptime on this perk as well as his map control also this has amazing synergy with thanatophobia since survivors cannot heal each other and as a good back up for call of brine, since most players will tap a gen and run if they are near a killer.

overall the pressure from this build is immense when you are playing as a survivor with the buffs that fire up provides for legion making everything he does faster and the debuffs from thanatophobia which is going to be nearly impossible to heal from (cos frenzy and eruption) doing 5 gens that are always regressing with some at twice the speed is a nuisance for them, for the legion it fixes your main problem of "i can't down them quick enough since they are gen rushing me" by providing increasing your lethality, map control, pressure and gen regression not only consistently but also reliably

  5. I've been playing Freddy ever since I started playing DBD, and I think Freddy is still pretty good, maybe not the best, but he has potential, its really his add ons that make him absolutely so bad, I really do hope he gets a rework. But tat, just spill the beans, we all know that your the owner of dbd, make the changes happen.
