  1. My advice and good strategy for using his torment power is, if you get a survivor tormented, first time hook him. Second time, cage him. Third time, depending on your luck if he gets tormented or not, you either kill him or hook him. This is how I like to play Pyramid Head.

  2. Very good match

    Tip to force torment:

If someone is down, always do a trail of torment on the left side, if he DS or gets pallet/flashlight save, he is going to land on trails and get tormented

Clown can do the same: purple gas + pick up survivor, gets hindered and loses distance

  3. I’d switch out I’m all ears with save the best for last. I’m a pyramid head main and it’s definitely one of the best perks for pyramid head. You can kill the obsession with your power so you never lose stacks

  4. ive used this build before but sometimes swap out im all ears for trail of torment. lose your terror radius and find people healing and go in for the double or triple shot. ive also recently used ruin, undying, thana, and corrupt on PH and have had several games where they couldnt do a single gen

  5. I'm not a top tier killer, but I do well with P.head. My typical build is as follows: STBFL, Pop, Corrupt, BBQ/Nurses/I'm All Ear, and combination of range and trail duration addons. Last perk I change to keep things interesting. I like this build because it gives me the option to really benefit from hooking if the survivors do well at avoiding torment. I also rarely get value from ruin as it is almost always cleansed early (typically first 2-4 minutes of the game)

  6. If you use BBQ and chili when you cage a survivor you'll be able to see them if you hook someone else very good for pressure especially combined when thanatophobia cause if you keep some one caged you'll always have slowdown

  7. one perk to think of is that madness (one when surviors are blind on a gen and exhausted) . I use it for me so i can shot through a wall if i hear a gen being working on. Got 3 one time injuryed at once.

  8. Nice build, although I'm not a huge fan of corrupt intervention + hex totems, since corrupt forces survivors to move around the map at the beginning of the match, and it makes it more likely that they find your ruin. I would either switch corrupt with undying or ruin with deadlock.
