My main issue with the Ghostface changes is that they're aiming to encourage players to use more than just cooldown addons, but… the cooldown addons still completely overshadow all the other addons because all the other addons are complete shit.

What were the buffs?
Make his base cooldown 20 seconds by default, nerf his pen to 3 seconds and his address book to 2 seconds. Boom, killer instantly fixed

Now I think killer need to put down their hex that would be a good buff
20% base buff vs 50% add-on nerf. Nothing else touched. Reveal mechanic is still wonky as shit. All BHVR did was punish the stacking of recovery add-ons. I wouldn't mind the 30 second recovery if Nighshroud was a good power. If i could control when i get revealed and how i get revealed. If doing good stealth plays didn't meant losing my power like any bad play. There's no reward to being good with GF. You can do well or do shitty with Myers and Wraith but you'll always have their power available, while with Ghostface doing bad plays or good plays the result is the same Nighshroud goes away. You're forced into cooldown and recovery.
