  1. Here is where they could improve her, the drones could have had a stationery mode (it would do exactly what it currently does when stationery) and mobile mode. Mobile mode becomes available to the killer for when a survivor is in a drones radius. In this mode it will stay on the survivor for 30 seconds, if the survivor is still fully healthy for 25 seconds, then the survivor becomes exposed in the last 5 seconds of the chase. The killer gets a killer instinct notification to let them know that the time to strike is now. If the survivor doesn't get chased, but the drone is following them, they will be able to disarm it and get a claw trap. Also the mobile drone would have its radius still, but it is just for the killer to keep herself stealthy in chase, making her next move somewhat unpredictable. As for her underwhelming mori, she stabs the survivor in the back, activate a drone, grabs the drone and shoves the survivors head into the drones propeller blades. A mori that would go well with her name.

  2. To be fair this is like the 3rd killer in the last like 8 months and weskar and knight both are extremely annoying killers
I honestly find it a breath of fresh air to have a killer that doesn't break the game and is easy to play as and play against not too confusing
Honestly they need to stop making killers for a while and try to do what mobile does and focus on the community. Look at what mobile has compared to us

  3. The chapter should have been licensed like this chapter is literally no good at all I would rather play the twins over the skull merchant to show that this chapter is literally terrible

  6. The sad thing with this super uninspired trash killer compared to the knight is that her power gets more power, in the way that it is intended.

The Knight is SUPPOSED to get value from his power in terms of zoning (patrols) and getting hits in hunts. However the most effective play styles either involve scummy camping of hooks or three gens, or spamming the guards. Atleast 80% of the time though, you get caught in a chase, you can just hold w away and suffer no consequence besides lost time.

Now with this trash looking killer who is nowhere as cool as the Knight (in my biased opinion), her power is intended to provide primarily intel and zoning pressure. The drones do that much better than the guards for two reasons:
    1. Deploying a drone does not take any time away from the killer, ie there is near ZERO investment to use the power
    2. A deployed drone does not expire, and the killer can have multiple up at the same time
Compared to the knight where the power expires (meaning it is no longer zoning as intended) and when you do have a guard zoning, you are powerless, these two attributes are a pretty huge deal. Then you add in the fact that you can easily recall drones by hand, and this power requires very little investment or thought when using compared to the knight, but gets BETTER VALUE for one reason.

Survivors are FORCED to waste time interacting with this power compared to the knight. With guards, yeah you lose a bit of time if you are chased, but most of the time that is the only thing they cause unless you get caught at a dead end.

For this power, survivors need to do an interaction that forces a CONSEQUENCE in-order to clear the drone patrol (unless the killer removes a drone, which isn't super likely since they have multiple to recall and redeploy) So either you ignore the drone and get caught, and hindered, and exposed, or you interact to disable the drone, and now you are tracked on radar.

Basically, I am sad that the behavior basically released two similar gameplay killers, but the OBJECTIVELY COOLER AND MORE CREATIVE ONE is worse.

  7. Imagine buying a few rc drones off of Amazon, put a couple skulls on them and then proceed to call them a new killers power. Is it possible to make a killer anymore lame than that behavior? I was being sarcastic but sadly I know the answer is yes, behavior please I'm begging you don't ever make some shit like this again!

  8. I’d say everything about this chapter is fairly disappointing. The killer, her perks, and her mori make her seem like she’s already outdated on release as everything about her is just weak and uninspired, her perks and mori come to mind for me. The survivors designs are decent and their perks are decent (though there is one that I can see being extremely busted on certain builds), but I don’t think it’s enough to save this chapter. I’m gonna grind for shards to play them, and I say that to tell everyone I’m not paying for the DLC since it doesn’t feel worth the price, and if I were you I’d do the same. I normally pay for each chapter but if BHVR is gonna drop the ball like this, they really don’t deserve my money. I love this game and accept it for even its biggest issues, but this chapter is one of the biggest disappointments of a chapter in a while. I’d place A Binding Of Kin and even All-Kill above this chapter no doubt and those two many agree were trash…

  9. Ariana Grande in Sonya Blades MK1 outfit with wolverines claw chasing down a Brazilian version of Shaggy and Tiffany Cox from F13 the game is something I didn't even expect to see in DBD, yet here we are.
They have creativity, but they used it poorly this time.

  10. I just don't see how you get any value from her power. Survivors will deactivate drone, get a tracker, and then shortly after remove it. Even if the killer can see survivor positions, she can't do anything with that info other than just walk at a person. In loops if the killer activates a drone, the survivor can just run away and even if they get hit its better than an exposed hit. Since the drones only expose, survivors nothing to fear after the first hit. The only thing I see BHVR changing before release is the activation and scanning time on drones. There is no easy fix for this killer so they likely will just sit forgotten. Shame😮‍💨

  11. The way I see it is this dev team is really just all over the place. The art team and the overall look of the game is great, appearances and map appearance wise is great. When it comes to giving us a good and balance killer they really haven't given us one recently. The survivor perks are powerful while the killer's feel more average maybe even bad in comparison to the 6 new survivor perks they have now.

  12. You can say about the Knight chapter what you want, at least it had a good designe and some decent perks on both sides. This chapter has neither. The Killer designe and the Perks (except Blood Rush) are both terrible.

  13. Why are they even drones if they don’t move? It might as well have been a radar dish on a stand and it would still make sense for their current functionality. Overall disappointment of a chapter, the perk overhaul of this year better make up for this travesty.

  14. I think mechanically she is great. We have a killer is who’s main power is gen defense and tracking they just released her in the Ptb in her weakest form. I can almost guarantee she’s going to be gigabuffed when released.
