That's a bummer Devour Hope seems to be bugged.
Yay, this is the build I requested the other day, looks as good as I hoped! 🙂 Agitation obviously worked here but you could also swap it for some other things for variety, like
– one of the other Scourge Hook perks. You're already aiming to use those anyway because of Monstrous Shrine plus that perk is giving you a fifth Scourge location.
– Undying to help protect Devour Hope. Or you could try Pentimento instead so that, if Devour is destroyed, you get a Pentimento hex for a bit as compensation.
– One of the generically fun perks for Hag, like Corrupt Intervention or Jolt or Franklin's Demise for instance.
The next update could be a lot of fun ^_^.

funny I thought up the same build except with haunted ground over make your choice to "protect" devourer hope. I just have a love for haunted + hope. Damned if you do cleanse damned if you don't. 🙂
