BHVR promised that Year 8 will bring two huge licenses to Dead by Daylight. Alien is already here and looks amazing, but what’s next? In this video, I cover 50 options that could possibly join the game later on (even if some of them are massive stretches!). This is a long video, so sit back, grab a snack, and get cozy!

  1. Alone that you put 5 Nights at Freddys, Vecna over Jason, Pennywise, Chucky and Candyman is a f ing joke like Jurassic Park and Scoby Doo,what a braindead BS!!!!

Bet you liked the Trickster and Stranger Things… f ing child horror like the tales of the Crypt animated show… gtfoh…like in DBD…you talk about stuff you very obviously know nothing about what you talk!

Trickster, Oni, STranger Things, SIlent Hill, Ghostbusters, 5 nights at freddy, Scoby Doo all this child franchises destroy this Game!

Jaws and Jurassic Park is stupid aF, not even thinking about this BS! It does NOT work! And cool is something else!

Also we don`t have 2, we have 1 and a 1/2—Reboot Feddy doesn`t count full!

Also it buffles me how can people WANT this stupid "Licensed Skin" BS that is even more expensive than a whole chapter! Definition of stupid!

And finally… Characters from Marvel like Carrion, Gravedigger, Carnage or so would fit this Game a 100 times better than every DC Character for sure!

Overall just opinions, but quit frankly, most of your opinions suck!
The direction you want is the direction that already turned DBD into garbage!

DBD 2018 could have become one of the best games of all Time!
Instead BHVR decided to make DBD 2023 out of it!
And that is some of the saddest things I ever saw!

  2. Considering the history of alien being licensed in the past, same with predator, one is never far behind the other, instances of this are Mortal kombat, and fortnite respectively, which almost guarantees predator as the next, If not ONE of the next chapters coming, and I come to this conclusion not from my previous statement alone but a lot of reasons

Reason 1 being predator is better off as a solo license and though the next chapter is in October, the timeline doesn't quite match up for fnaf,

2 being that marketing wise, predator is perfect, cause then they can do an alien verses predator tome or collection, with colonial marines, grid/predalien and the wolf/scar predator skins

3 these 2 latest chapters, with the Singularity and the xenomorph respectively have set all new presidents for Moris, and who better to cap of the licenses this year then with the most brutal one yet, with predator, that is if they went the skull trophy route

  3. I agree with most of this list except outlast, I feel like it lots of value it's a famous horror game with the third game coming out and so many iconic people for killers, the map could be the asylum and they could give miles the yoichi treatment and make their own model. Another I disagree with is purge, I understand ur hate for it but it still has people who love the movies and I think it would be fine as skins, some of the popular killers can be for legion and trickster and some popular characters like the people in third movie could have skins for Felix and Kate

  4. So many "classic" franchises I feel follow a format (for the 1st 3 movies) of Great, Forgettable, Terrible.

The Hellraiser movies, Jeepers Creepers, other ones probably… Admittedly, my sample size is two but I feel like I remember a 3rd being that exact same way.

I don't recall ever going past the 3rd movie in a horror franchise for some reason.

Btw, I hated The Nun. Just didn't like it. Annabelle Creations I liked.

  5. Aii let’s clear up some things cus honestly I agree w this whole tier list other than the fact u should put the evil within the “lots of value” tier cus the keeper id argue is iconic, then a license that has been somewhat left out is like the dark pictures anthology universe which I’d argue has the “house of ashes” aliens that could fit well into dbd if they adapt flying, then I wanted to address that atm I am 16 n I have known abt outlast since I was 5-6 years old since watching yt n I think also think other ppl my age n slightly younger r aware abt the series but not well enough(just wanted to address that)

    – also a video concept w all arguments for y Jurassic Park should b a chapter is cus the original movie can b considered a horror movie as it depicts isolation in an unfamiliar location w threats at every corner. 3 dinosaurs that I have selected to fit as the killer in dbd cus they make the most sense will b explained next like the velociraptor which can fit as a killer cus it is the perfect size but u may have to contort some body positions as well as make some physics work, the next dinosaur that could b brought in instead of the raptor is the indominus Rex from Jurassic World cus this is one of 2 dinosaurs that actively went out to kill anyone n anything cus it enjoyed the splurge of killing, this dinosaur is the only dinosaur to cause a shutdown of a park individually cus of its raw power as well as how it enjoyed killing anything on sight, however the only problem w this Dino is that it is HUGE so they would have to shrink it to the size of a raptor but otherwise it has the capabilities of being a killer. The next dinosaur that can also b argued to b brought instead of the other 2 options is the indoraptor, the only dinosaur of the franchise that could actually b labeled a killer because it enjoyed torturing its prey n setting a false sense of security as well as frightening its prey which shows the psychotic nature of this dino, it also can bring a map that fits into dbd like the Lockwood manor also the size of this Dino is on par w nemesis which makes it all the more fitting in dbd however it prefers to walk on all fours as a Dino n prb should b slimed down to fit the dbd killer roster – anyways those r the few reasons for bringing jp into dbd lmk if u agree or not

  6. Doesn't need to be Jurassic Park but i think dinosaurs have a LOT of horror potential,so i would love a killer dinosaur.Maybe it could have a power similar to Demo's shred but you could use it to jump windows, pallets and overral traverse the terrain more efficiently.

  7. … just got to your purge placement and that's not the point of the movies? It's the ideology of the fascist antagonists to kill the poor in a self-destructive image of strength and prosperity. The purge canonically doesn't work at anything good. I don't even like the movies, it's just such an odd reading taking them at face value

  8. I'd love to see a Dead Space chapter but I do agree is Isaac a good survivor pick, I kind of disagree I think one of the best candidates for survivor in a Dead Space chapter would be Alissa Vincent from the Dead Space:Downfall spoiler although she dies in the end she gets sucked out into space The entity could easily have taken her.

  9. I honestly would put Mortal Kombat in the needs to happen level myself. As a franchise that has always been somewhat horror adjacent I don't think anything else stacks up quite as much in terms of brand recognition as MK does.

While it'd certainly be a little weird to see Shang Tsung fumbling around a map to collect some souls slasher style, I think at the end of the day more people are less concerned with theming and more concerned with the cool factor- of which MK would have an insane amount. It still functions somewhat since bhvr can use the entity as an excuse for their odd behavior.

I'm biased as I am a huge fan of MK, but I've no doubts that a chapter would sell incredibly well.
