How about "scissorman", from the "clock tower" license? He's one of the first enemies that chase the player during the whole game in the history of horror videogames. Also, the license belongs to capcom nowadays, so maybe they would like to share that one too.

I feel like The Walking Dead is a little hard to picture. Sure Negan can fiit the aesthetic and so would rick grimes but the trickster already has a bat and there are zonbies with resident evil. I feel the components are too similar to feel like it would be fresh. The Keeper seems the most likely to me since it fits DbD so well and working with the resident evil franchise opens a door to work with Shinji Mikami. Candyman is viable seeing as the community would go absolutely nuts for him. Bioshock's Big Sister could be an interesting one or the Big Daddy could be a prime way to bring a bulkier character into DbD along with many cosmetic options. Movie licenses are endless in terms of content. It seems like video game licenses are easier to incorporate due to the rendering of their characters in a video game setting whereas movie characters have to start from scratch to build a character unless they use a model from a film that uses CGI just like the demogorgon had a 3D model for them to work with. Those are just some of my thoughts.

There needs to be a Amnesia chapter. Daniel as the survivor, The Grunt as the killer, and Brennenburg Castle as the map location. This would be a huge deal considering how much it had an impact on horror games and the internet when it came out.
