That was my first thought when I saw the perk too, "Man, Deerstalker sounds funny now."
I mean, if they figure it out, they just stop using the perk… but you still probably get one or two "free" pickups from it.

You want to make sure of two things in order to successfully use plot twist, one that you're far enough from the killer and two when they're chasing someone as a distraction

This is exactly why I haven't tried that perk, you know every killer is gonna exploit the 90% chance everyone in the public test will use it
