  1. According to people testing it’s not just OTR, Endurance across the board is bugged.

OTR is just currently the worst offender.

And currently people are also noticing that sometimes conspicuous actions won’t actually disable OTR, it’s very rare.

I fully expect OTR and SOME endurance related stuff being temporarily kill switched.

Cause as much as people will say that it’s no big deal, don’t seem to understand just how much damage you can do with this.

I’ve had friends have survivors purposefully exploiting this in groups getting in the way of chases just to drag them on for longer or just to be pricks.

Groups of survivors can and will abuse this just to be annoying, doesn’t matter if gens won’t get done.

People severely underestimate what people will do, survivors and killers equally have exploited bugs on both sides just to be assholes to the other side.

I’ve also encountered multiple OTR’s with exponential, doing exactly what I mentioned.

I fully expect twitter to do what it does best and whine about how ‘killers ruin fun’ when a bug like this much like the locker bug shouldn’t even make it past quality assurance.

Much like how when killers get some annoying bug that survivors dislike.

Simple way to put it, a bug is a bug, no exceptions should be made, ask for better quality assurance rather than being at each others throats for ‘ruining the fun’

  2. i got into dbd again recently but began running into killers using obvious wallhacks so just stopped thank goodness. why waste time on such a buggy hackable game full of pricks

  3. This incentivizes tunneling even more, since you now have to down the deep wounded survivor in order to prevent this (remember guys, don't ever tunnel, only if it's necessary in the endgame).

  4. Honestly, I don't find it as an issue. In most cases it won't have any use. We are talking about the situation of unhook, get hitted, have 12 or 8 seconds (if someone else is doing it) AAAAAND here we will stop, already here killer will try to down such survivor and if killer is bad enough to let survivor mend for 12 seconds DURING chase then maybe, just maybe, he shouldn't tunnel? Maybe? I mean, all unless survivors unhook themselves there is someone else to chase and as much it's not forbidden to tunnel, even acording to BHVR, it's still bad taste. So, maybe don't, and even if, until survivor mend you still can down them, so what's the issue? In any other scenario if survivor would want to be punching bad and cover others with that survivor will have to be useless for any other interaction like healing, sabotaging or repairing only to chase in which you cannot be constanltly or you will be again down which this perk is supposed to prevent as an antitunnel(?) perk, isn't it? So, in every scenario when killer will NOT tunnel perk will simply not do anything else other then give temporary comfort that you won't be downed immediately right after unhook and let's be honest, if you will not be tunneled you will not be waiting 80 seconds staying idly just in case killer at any moment could come and down you especially while in that time you could have done almost one generator yourself.
So in the end it CAN be how perk should work. Especially if we want to discourage from tunneling this would be nice little buff. Because we don't want people to tunnel, right?
