No. Was she the worst bugged Killer in history on the PTB? Yes. Did the devs totaly forgot Lockers exist while coding her? Also yes.
But THE WORST right now? No. Trapper still doesnt have his bag basekit. Wraith will get better with the next Patch but right now still weak. Clown is still weak af. Legion needs some purple addons hello bhvr??? Ghost Face still has a tremendous cooldown of 30sec so you are forced using CD addons on him, hes complete trash without them.
Overall I would say Billy is THE WORST right now. Insta down doesnt mean anything if you can't ever use it against good loopers. Old Leatherface be like 👀
Billy doesnt have any addons that really makes him that much better, he is clunky to play, no one plays him anymore, you get him for free so he should be at least representative of the roster. At least he has some good Perks.
