  1. Another version of this build I've seen used Plaything over Devour Hope, for its synergy with Pentimento and Face the Darkness.

    ETA: Thinking about it, Devour Hope and Face the Darkness actually work against each other a bit. Once you've got 3 stacks of Devour, your attacks one-shot down rather than injure, and it doesn't look like their being injured when coming off the hook activates it. On the other hand, it creates an interesting "one or the other" situation. Even if they get rid of Devour they'll still have FtD to deal with.

  3. Use the Add-On to start with all of your Traps as well as the Iri Add on to injure when your traps are disarmed.
    – Pentimento
    – Plaything
    – Thrill of the Hunt
    – Wildcard like Face the Darkness or another perk to assist.

    I played a match on Lery's using a similar version of this and it was killer.

  4. Normally if I play with friends and we notice honing stone, we run in groups of 2. The add on only affects survivors who free themselves, so another survivor freeing the trapped ignores the add on, in a sense it's another kind of slowdown.
