Edit: I personally think that Gift of Pain is even dirtier than Pain Res on Dredge just due to the fact that it puts the Survivors in a lose-lose situation with either staying injured to avoid 16% slowdown, but be one shot and build Nightfall, or heal and take 16% gen slowdown. That’s all I would change with this build personally.
Ay, this was my Dredge build I commented with before! Awesome that you showcased it, it's my personal favorite. I tend to use Haddie's Calendar and Boat Key to make mobility easier when not in Nightfall.

I think boat key would be better than broken doll because you can teleport back to the hook quicker while not in nightfall
Dredge + Make your Choice near a locker ( or basement ) is just insane
