  1. “They are taking the fun out of killer.”
Absolutely agree. Playing killer is so depressing right now. As of lately 90% of my matches consist of toolboxes, flashlights, BNPs, swfs, hackers, haddonfield, and top mmr survivors even though I play maybe 7 hours a week if that.

  2. Why has he got horder and Franklin’s? Especially with the iri add on there absolutely no reason to have Franklin considering when you down the player who has the box it instantly completes it anyway. Also the whole point of horder on this killer is to know if someone picks up the box so you can get a head start on downing them. If your just gonna ignore the prompt to continue a chance and have the box solved no point bringing horder. Just feels like two wasted perks. Could have had undying or pop to help with slowing down gens.

  3. Yes this Pinhead/cenobite is going to be nerfed in some way. Its going to happen and I think it will either be his portal when firing the hook. (lets be honest here, its pathetic it has to be like this but the most effective way of firing his ability is spawning it inside the survivor so you remove any chance of dodging) or they will make it hoarder won't work with the cube. Again, lets be honest, chain hunt is fine normally as it is a very strong slow down in the game. When it can be easily triggered in rapid succession is when it gets out of hand. Hoarder lets you do that which is the problem here.

Either of those two things WILL be changed. The devs want the killer to aim and fire his chain and they want to have survivors have the ability to dodge it. Again, we all know survivors are the ones that are supposed to be in control in this game and are entitled brats that demand "counterplay"

  4. How this game feels. The devs make killers worse catering to survivors so survivors can play more dumb for the same result. I've found my high mmr games have survivors that don't know how to loop or anything just sprint burst away. Honestly it's sad

  5. Since the SBMM is up my killer matches have been more enjoyable than before.
I at least get players that are on my skill level now.
Before sbmm I was consistently matched with red ranks while being a rank 12 or 13 killer.

As survivor on the other hand it got worse, at least in solo q, mostly.
When I play with friends it is fun, more because we play together.
Even in a swf of 3 people we are escaping barely.

  6. One thing I truly believe is the devs lack creativity when designing the base game interactions. There are many things they could do to incentivise more hooks and chases over camping or tunneling. While also punishing camping and tunneling. Instead they just flatline buff survivor and Nerf killer. Making camping and tunneling and 3 gening a requirement while also lowering the skill required for survivors.

  7. The remark about no ruin/undying at 2:50 is sorta moot, as you don't need those perks against solo que.
Also this is how DBD should be? Killer stomping solos? That's how dbd has been for a couple years now….
This game right here is how most solo que is, and people wonder why everyone flocks to SWF…

Like i know this guy is a killer main or w/e but sheesh.

  8. The game needs to stop spawning Survivors separately, it is unfair for Killer on huge maps for all 4 Survivors to spawn in separate gens. You cannot physically be in 4 places at once.

  9. I reinstalled recently to try the game out again (killer main). I'm a Bronze IV or whatever, the lowest rank you can be, and every match I played consisted of Red 1s running meta perks, clicking, t-bagging, and DC'ing for hatch. I uninstalled after a few games. It's just not fun to play killer at all, and I don't even know WHAT the MMR system is trying to accomplish because all I got were the highest ranked opponents.

  10. Unpopular opinion, but Killer is the only role where anybody plays for fun. Survivors play to bully the Killer and move on to the next game as quickly as possible. Killer plays to have an intense game full of fun, thrilling moments. This is why the game gets less fun and more toxic as the devs cater more and more to Survivors — because it allows the game to be less about fun, and more about stroking the ego of the power role (survivors).

  11. I agree, but it’s not even got anything to do with balance. It’s the nerfs, you’re always playing a worse version of what you played yesterday. It’s so dispiriting.

  12. That addon is indeed pretty fun, and I even use it with the meme addon since they have an actually neat synergy, but yeah, you can be certain this thing will be removed pretty soon, and let's be honest, having a killer on fun and viable with a red addon is just bad.

  13. Yaknow what? At this poitn I just think the devs should remove addons.
Its basically just a cheap way for the devs to force some kind of RNG and currency sync into the game at the detriment of the general balance, intentionally creating weakness in the killer kits to then force them to use the right addon meant to fix said weakness.

  14. But TRU! don't you get it!? DON'T YOU GET IT, YOU SWEET, SWEET SUMMER CHILD!? The Devs MUST make the Survivor Mains happy! if they don't they won't play! for real, because they've told us, after EVERY Game they lose. so it only makes sense to take away any Harmful act the Killer can do… to make THE POOR WITTLE BABYS FEEL BETTER!

  15. IMO, so long as Survivors keep buying all those cosmetics, this game will never be balanced.

Unless killers just stop playing altogether.

Again, just my opinion. The devs only care about the side that makes them the most money. When they could be making both sides happy with a balanced game and drawing in more people to play the game in BOTH roles rather than making the game easier for new survivors and scaring away new killers.

  16. I wish survivors would realise we’re all in the same boat. Killers don’t WANT to camp and tunnel, survivors don’t WANT to be tunnelled and camped and HAVE to have to run DS and/or borrowed every game. Stronger killers mean you’re not getting tunnelled meaning the games more exciting.

  17. Around 6:15 you got a "rollback" as you called it. I've been noticing these too lately after not playing for a long time. Did the devs implement a nerf to pallet swing contesting or something? I've been cheated out of a lot of hits it feels like.

  18. Unwillingly survivor main. Killer role is too stressful, always sweaty, always competitive mode, always super salty, my heart starts racing from the killers menu. At least as a solo q surv i can actually play for fun, relaxed and i can enjoy the scare without ruining the match, because survivor can just turn the table after one successful 1v1, one pallet stun or unhook, one noed cleansing, one 99% gen/gate. Killer is straight up too hard. In no other game, in ranked mode, you can actually end up randomly in a room of only challenger/predator/diamond players while not being nor ever been one of them.

  19. And the funny thing is literally everyone gets more blood points with games like this oppose to a 5 gen rush game. Also the games are just more entertaining and lengthy but yet people will still complain about the killers being to strong.. so sad

  20. I don't think it was a close game. It looked like you dominated them the whole match. A close game is when you kill everyone while exit gates are powered. Or when only one escapes (not via hatch, though). Also, if you concerned "fun", I don't think the survivors had it: the chases were short, you had the nasty addon and etc. And that's the main issue with "fun": survivors have it when they juke killer, loop them for at least one minute, or, if not lopp, then escape them in a short amount of time. Killers, on other hand, like relatively short chases, good map pressure and so on. Thus, I really don't think this match was a showcase of what DBD could be.

  21. It is fun to see Tru playing and having fun with pinhead, but I dont know if we are just playing different versions of the game because I played a match tonight against a Pinhead who must have been exploiting some bug or hacking because he had two box solving time addons and his chains would always resend if broken on objects. Then I was in chain hunt after he got franklin's and picked up the box, but no chains ever came for me even with the blue overlay on the edge of the screen. It wasn't until someone ended chain hunt that the real nightmare began. For the rest of the match, if chain hunt wasn't active, I was in chain hunt and had no indicator of it. Being the one who was holding gens, the game came to a stand still as two of my team threw and farmed hooks until they both died and I was just apologizing to the last survivor that I couldn't do anything because I was in permanent chain hunt and any lines I accidentally broke on objects would just come back.

  22. I've been having a lot of fun with this killer too. Although I don't play him with the Iri addon, bc I don't like getting used to something I will only be able to use for a little. And honestly I find it like a bit unfair too ._.

Or maybe they could make it like… if you get two hits with the chains you injure them, but now it's a green addon or smth like that

PD: I really luv hitting survivors and getting my box back 😂 opening it and the sound effect
