This is a good divulging take on things
Met another TTV while we were both live and his swf ended up all dying for me as Pig, and now we play together and are in eachothers streams all the time, it's great. And then sometimes I get hate for "tunnelling" (something I refuse to do) a TTV bc they died first, even tho I also have TTV in my name.
I love going up against TTV's. I'm a okay killer, but I still do a lot of mistakes that I personally do not notice. Going back to them to watch from their perspective really helps me out (and can be quite funny)
Why I Dont Have TTV In My Name Anymore!
And I Like Killing Streamers!
These Streamers Should Think What The Killer Is Thinking!
I Got Banned By Comparing A Streamer, I Said You Almost Reached Your Goal!
I like the nice killers that swing by and say hi on my stream. I just can’t take the game serious enough to get angry, I just load in the next match. Love your vids my man! Keep up the good work!
By the way, there is a huge amount of time (minimum 10 secs) between the live on twitch and the actual game. Which makes it impossible to streamsnipe, even thought people would like to.
Went into a ttv to say gg and got told me and my friend played liked shit even though we finished the only 2 gens and saved them off hook and then I died on second hook so her friend wouldn't get tunneled and instead of saving me they ran to the opposite corner to heal while my friend ran the killer
I think the main problem with ttv's is that they try way too hard and don't have fun. That's what makes them so salty that they HAVE to blame it on someone else.
I had a horrible interaction with a TTV recently. I was screen-sharing on discord to my friend after having some terrible news that's and day and decided I'd just play some dbd to wind down and try to have some fun. I decided to do the meme where you tunnel and Mori the streamer and my friend watched her stream to tell me her reaction and normally I ignore streamers who seem really toxic/entitled/salty but my friend said she seemed nice about it.
Anyways I joined in on her stream to give her some support for putting up with my BS and honestly was horrified by how terrible her and her chat were towards me. They told me that looking at my steam profile on stream, I looked like a really outgoing, kind person but how I am not and how I am "a piece of shit" over tunneling her in a video game and how I'm irredeemable and how because I put my fun over hers and her friends that I wasn't a nice person at all and how my profile was all a fake. I even told her that I held nothing against her and that I was just doing a meme and how I'd had a rough day and she only got more and more hostile and awful towards me. It was like the result of the game ment more to her than another person's joy and their life and all I wanted to do was join her chat and give her some love because of the fact she put up with me.
At the end of the day, she's the one that missed out. I was going to give her my bits I had saved up on my account as a thanks as I barely use twitch, but not if she was gonna be like that.
Every time I finish a match against the survivor TTV I get accused of stream sniping.
I had a killer dodge the lobby the times because they kept getting put into my lobby, and they watched me play the match, and they said "Wow, I wish I had played against you now. I had a bad experience with some ttvs in the past."
1:00 You Killin me with these skits bro 😂
i had this one ttv who went against who called me out for tunneling him, when he kept running at me for chase. and after the game when i went to his to chat to say ggs he banned me for running ruin and pop. hence is why i now just dodge lobbies against ttvs as killer 🙃
I'll watch the vod, I've only said hello once when the guy was basically Mr. Rodgers tier friendly and I knew it was "safe" ( can't be assed to deal with an adult throwing a temper tantrum ). Aside from seeing myself play vs survivors from their POV and making some improvements, I've also learned tunneling is a very meaningless word.
Regardless it's a videogame and as long as there is no cheating anything goes.
I play survivor and killer.. I always go to the killers stream after and say Ggwp. But if I’m a killer and notice there’s a lobby full off TTV I dodge it. Cause of the reasons you outlined, 9/10 the streamers are chill good people about it
I 100% agree As someone who uses ttv in my name fordbd it does get really sad when people dont wanna play because you have that title in the name and they dont want to deal with any lashing out. Meanwhile I'm one of the nicest people ever and I would love to meet new people from interaacting within a game. hence the reason I started streaming. I really dont get why people act so enetitlied in games like dbd its poopy
I might be wrong, but in my experience it feels like survivor ttv's are more likely to have this attitude.
I really dont care about ttvs (:
