I had the same build like this but i have thana.
I think the perk is redundant on Legion tbh. Legion is already an information killer with in-built survivor finding. If a survivor doesn't show up on killer instinct, they are too far away and they aren't worth chasing.
I hope they reduce Legion's fatigue eventually. I tried the double add-ons to reduce it and it still feels slow.

I use discordance instead of the new perk. You can use it multiple times and it also shows you at the start of the game where most of the survivors are somehow because most of the time they search for the nearest gen to rush it
