I can only hope that sexism like this dies out eventually in the gaming community (and in general). Personally, I'd say DBD feels relatively safe, as there are quite a few women playing it. The more diversity a player base has, the safer and more accepting it tends to feel. Thanks for standing up against this behavior!

Damn I’m a female streamer and I don’t have it easy… but then again he must think she’s pretty enough to say that
I still dont like camping or tunnelling as a main killer strat as I find it boring to do and be on the receiving end of, but thats my choice to do so. But in an instance if that many people are around a hooked survivor is fair game in my opinion as unhooks are not free so you should capitalise on getting as much pressure as possible especially when you find that many lingering around is not a proxy.
There are some female twitch streamers who have it on ez mode cough pokimane,amouranth,other booba streamers/hottub metastreamers but yeah this guy is mental I wonder what his personal life is like,
I had someone pull up my stream and mock my follower account because I killed them, they said I slugged when I really didn’t and I kept apologising because she ran into me and I was like “oh no” 🤣

Had the same thing happen this morning cause I have my link in my steam bio but they were some randoms saying "ugly af will never get far on twitch" tho I'm a guy and they were mad cause I camped at 3 gens done and 1 hook on my 3rd day as clown. I wasn't streaming or even stream dbd in general mainly cause of the toxcity
i mean .. yea sure its easy mode to start out on twitch as a female cuz u get alot more initial viewers for free but i'd argue that its harder for girls to grow at a certain point.

Having struggled to get a following myself, I can definitely say it's disheartening to go onto a stream of a girl sitting in her room, on her phone, not interacting with chat, just kinda sitting there, and watch her get a donation for $100. I understand where he gets the mentality of "girls have it so easy on twitch", but also, it's really shitty to try and imply that that's all women on twitch, especially when she just beat your ass in dbd. Clearly she's interacting with chat, clearly she's putting out some good gameplay to watch, she's got a following for a reason, and it's not just "boobs". To try and harass her afterwards is extra scummy, just take the L and move on.
