With the most recent chapter that dropped, yesterday at the time of recording, we got a couple of changes to some perks. One of those changes came in the form of Thrill of the Hunt getting a number change. Instead of 10% we now get 14% per token. If survivors aren’t fast on getting rid of the totems, I see this being a huge alternative to gen slowdown. As always though, it’s all RNG on totem spawns, how long it takes survivors to notice things, etc. I plan to check a few more builds out like this, so I hope you enjoy, and I’ll see you in the next one!
What is Dead By Daylight?
Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer survival horror game developed by Behaviour Interactive. It was released in 2016 and is available on various gaming platforms including PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
In the game, players can take on the role of either a survivor or a killer.
Survivors must work together to repair generators scattered across the map in order to power exit gates and escape, all while avoiding being caught and sacrificed by the killer. Killers, on the other hand, hunt down and capture survivors to sacrifice them to an otherworldly entity called the Entity.
Dead by Daylight features a variety of characters from different horror franchises, including original ones created for the game. The gameplay revolves around strategy, stealth, and cooperation, making it an intense and thrilling experience for players.

I will be honest the devs are sniffing some glue with thrill of hunt buffs… why do prove thy self got nerfed and removed points and barbecue and chill lost points but no buffs huh but thrill hunt gets buffs when points are removed and then combos with other insurance hex perks to make nasty hex build huh
Was ist also thinking about Penti. Like imagine wasting double amount of time to cleanse it again. Plaything might make them go for cleanse then, but it isn't as strong as devour for sure.
hexes have a place in my heart because they are just so fucking cool even if they are bad or inconsistent at times;

See now you can actually use devor hope with this new update. Im really loving xeno its that dang pre runing and with her its dam near impossible. It really is turrets are annoying but the sad part with how much those turrets help survivors all it takes is like 2 turret breaks and they completely give up with the turret useage. I have a fave build I love to run with xeno I really hope you can try its Deadmans switch, deadlock, liquid touch , and sloppy. Survivors greed pallets to avoid that tail attack and fov giving free m1 but i hate them so i add sloppy it gives me a reward for the m1 and liquid touch xeno in crawler mode dont scared birbs pretty much garanteing no exhaust perks. Only for xeno you can stop a sb just due to the fact she dont scare birbs. As for the gen blocks yeah i hate kicking gens they have a limit on kicks not blocks. I cant tell you the amount of games ds has saved 99.9% completed gens. Its a xeno queen build not your regular xeno build queens dont kick gens. Try its out when you're oppen for build calls.😊

You need to try retribution, TTOTH, FTD, Devour Hope. Now if you did this on the new killer she has the ability to send the dog to the totems and a addon that makes people scream instantly and again in 14-20 seconds. So perma totems!
If you really want to be evil then hex thrill of the hunt, hex devour hope, hex plaything and hex pendimento … the most evil thing.
Faced new thrill as a survivor while going for the new adept and it is completely ridiculous, the amount of coordination needed to destroy a hex is something a soloQ team just doesn’t possess, there’s so many perks/powers that can easily interrupt you during the 46 seconds it becomes nigh impossible to cleanse a totem unless you coordinate and cleanse two totems at the same time, and even then that’s two people off gens, one probably in chase/unhooking someone I generally hope they do something about this before they disappear for Christmas.

Damn that's a good thing they nerfed the purple addon for demo cuz cleansing totems against full hex demo with it would be impossible.
Ive been told that Bhvr Nerfs Killers if the Survivors act like little Sissy Survivor Mains and Ragequit vs "Killers they feel are too powerful" so im sure that's what these entitled little brats are trying for. to get Xenomorph nerfed into the dirt. or the perks you're using, or both. ive actually met people who only play Survivor, and ONLY play survivor to quote "Bully the Evil Killers" never once thinking about how "Hey, wait… im going out of MY way to ruin someone elses game? maybe IM THE BAD GUY!?…. Nah! it's the Meanie ol Killer, that we'd have NO GAME without!"
survivors have gotten some decent buffs into perks at cleansing totems alot faster, but the best way to beat or deal with thrill of the hunt is not to just go for a hex totem right off the bat, most people try to just delete the hex totem first that is 100% not what you DO unless you have a good team. one the killer might try and guard it which makes for a easy m1 hit on a survivor. the best way to deal with hex totem if you don't have a cleanse perk the best thing to do is a SAFE totem aka a dull totem to remove the % from thrill. hex perks are good but at the end of the day each hex totem removed literally makes the killer perkless.
