  1. I already hate Trickster without the buffs, he's just a stupid killer, with an annoying design. His main event (from survivor pov) looks absolutely ridiculous. It looks so dumb the way hes helicopters his arms around like a retard. Terrible design.

  2. For me the tricksters weakness was mainly maps with their many things in the way that block line of sight, and window loops – in many loops you can just pull the pallet down or jump a window and it's easy to get separation from him since he is 110 – so I feel a super cool change would be to give him the ability to vault pallets like legion – he would be the only other killer that could do it and it would fit his stylish gameplay.

  3. Less knives means good Tricksters become more powerful making him less fun to play against. As far as playing as, none of those issues were addressed. He's slow, high loops make it incredibly boring and annoying, just running away is the best strategy, etc. Huntress has problems with loops but doesn't need 6 hits, Deathslinger uses loops against Survivors so Trickster has nothing that helps him with loops and is still worse.
His perk upgrade is nice though

  4. Just remove him and give the players 500 Auric cells back and 500k BP and a nice apology, he’s not interactive and fun to play as or against IMO

  5. You have a good point on holding W to outplay a trickster, but I disagree he has bad map pressure due to one reason, people hold W against trickster. Imagine someone playing the way you describe where they run from tile to tile, they would eventually bump into a working gen. Albeit this only really applies if they even bump into a team mate working on a gen but if what you’re saying is true the odds of seeing someone on a gen is likely. Switching chase is a form of pressure, maybe not the best map pressure but I’m not expecting to give him billy chainsaw rush.

  6. "people will hate trickster as much as they hate spirit". yeah, nah, i hate spirit with the fury of a thousand burning suns, good luck matching that,

  7. Lol Scott does reduce a lot of stuff to “it’s boring as fuck” which can be said about anything in a dismissive tone. Looping? You’re just vaulting windows and holding shift around obstacles, boring as fuck. Mind games? You’re just walking backwards and randomly guessing, boring as fuck. Etc etc

  8. We have an example in the form of a Legion, from which the 1v1 aspect was taken away and only map pressure remained. Legion is still a weak killer, but he is very "boring" when he gets 4 perks to slow down the generators. Bhvrs can't make strong perks, because there is a nurse in the game that will become unstoppable at all, they can't make killers with a good map pressure, because he will also be strong and "boring" with a build on gen slowdown.

  9. knife removal would also be cool since it gives them effectively something like 12 health states which puts a lot more into the risk/reward dilemma since it's a lot less clear-cut than healthy/injured.

  10. I already hate Trickster. Yes he’s really easy to win/ escape from (probably escaped 90% of all Tricksters ever gone against) but chases feel terrible. Can’t use any low loops at all (at least with deathslinger throwing the pallet can be effective and Huntress can miss), so you have to run past them to tall tile structures. While you’re running maybe the length of 12-16 meters, and there’s nothing significant for cover you just have to hope they somehow miss 20 knives or lose a health state automatically. If you get to a tile you just mindlessly run out of LOS until chip damage kills you and it feels cheap, like there’s no input and you are timed to die (yes a lot like old Legion). On a scale from Hillbilly to Pyramid Head holding m2 at pallets and windows he’s almost as fun as the latter but at least you win more

  11. I thought the add-on that increased damage with trickshots was a cool idea, and ironically the only thing that made him a "Trickster". But yeah, I agree, it's just baffling how little the developers understand their own game.

  12. Hey can you make a "gameplay critique" of CMWinters like you did to Tru3? That guy is quite arrogant and your teammate ScorpionZ hates him anyways. Perfect target for you since he's got a much smaller channel than yours. Hoping to see more drama content from you in the future. Oh and don't forget to call your wife for backup on twitter to get him cancelled. Cheers!

  13. I love the knife removing idea because it still rewards Trickster for landing knives even if he hasn't landed all of them and like Scott said it will provide a risk reward scenario like with Plague or Nemesis. Too bad it'll probably never happen because we are stuck with ignorant devs who refuse to listen to the people who actually play their game and think they know whats best for it.
