  1. 10:0410:26 I agree. Now there are infos alongside the whole screen’s border, with the game going on at the center we have to look everywhere with this new UI. Center, all 4 corners, both sides, up and down.

    They should add the same system mobile has (or similar): total freedom. You can move, change size and change opacity of pretty much everything. The default layout is always saved and you can save 1 custom layout for both sides, you can easily switch it up by opening the menu too.

  2. The animation is.. Meh..
    Old one with them slouched shows they were scared and trying to be careful
    This one with them standing straight is showing that they aren’t afraid of the killer and weird looking.

I literally thought they had removed the hatch Icon in the UI but then after rewinding noticed it at the top in 12 sized front lmao this New UI is so all over the place like why do I have to literally scan the screen to know whats happening? The hook counter was literally the only good thing that came out of this update. and the new hatch animation is legit asf xD

  4. Totally agree. The new HUD elements are fine. the problem is, that they are scattered all over the screen. Before, one quick glance to the bottom left gave you all information you needed, only thing excluded were perks. But since they are important at different times than the other information is, it was fine to split them.
    Now, if you wanna know whats up, you need to look to the top left of the screen, take in the information you need (will get quicker when ppl are more used to it) and then to the middle. Survivors also need to go to the right side of the screen (exhaustion and other effects) and check the bottom left when needed for their item.
    Problem is, its totally out of focus. You can easily maneuver and glance to the bottom left at the same time, but not watch the top part of your screen and maneuver, thats horrible.

    Bottom left/right was perfect. Its close to the action but doesnt take away an important part of the screen. Sure, top part of the screen is even less important, but further from the action. And splitting everything just makes it exponentially worse.

  5. Does anyone else feel like the hitboxes are just bigger for some reason. Like I swear this new movement system had to have done something to them because I'm getting some hits that would have never happened with the old movement system

  6. It would be great if they took a page from mmos and made the ui adjustable. They can make the cosmetic changes against the users will but for heavens sake it wouldn't be as huge of a deal if we could move them ourselves.

  7. Yup, that's what happens when you don't get rid of (or redirect) UI design team. They'll change shit for the sake of change because they have to be doing something and make it look like it's worth their salary.

  8. I already thought he was one of the best killers in the game before this buff. Even better than doctor imo. If you learn how to play him properly with a decent loadout he can compete with anyone.

  9. I don’t mind the UI update visually but I think they could have just left everything where it was and just have the new hooked animation where the points( eg chase escaped etc) poped up and have it just pop up too
