  1. I think watching ypur playthroughs is legitimately my preferr6way to experience Supermassive games. As you mentioned, their characters are usually so unlikable, it's much more fun hating on them together with you than by annoyed by them alone.๐Ÿ˜…
The one exception to this being The Quarry which i enjoyed a lot because I actually liked wome of the characters lol

"Tig nataro" lmao. Its weord that they chose to make old Linda look so similar in style to Augustine. I guess they share a hair stylist and wardrobe. Idk who Meg is, but young Linda looks like Chloe Sevigny to me.
Game seems decent so far, although I think i can see where the plot is going already, at least for the first half or so.

  2. Your reaction to the collectible box popping up in every scene is exactly what I thought when I played. I searched every inch of this game for collectibles and only found a handful, and it felt like I was being gaslit for not finding enough. One of my issues with this thing

  3. Im so glad you're playing. I was waiting for this upload. Ive also seen a few other big DBD streamers play this and hate on it and i was baffled. I own it and i feel its a fun game and pretty damn cool for the DBD fans. Youre absolutely right, we should just have fun with it :3

  4. Quick early message, I'm someone who always checks the options in a game before starting, not only for ease of use but I'm curious what the devs added into their options, and how in-depth they went with accessibility or graphical choices, etc. This is prob cuz I'm a dev myself so stuff like that interests me a whole lot. ๐Ÿ˜…
So. I'm very happy that you leave that in haha

  5. I had never really thought about the unlikable character thing, but it's true. Supermassive seems to take pride in making the most unlikable characters possible, but the games are still fun. That's a rare skill!

  6. I'm surprised that I'm actually pretty intrigued so far with this game. ๐Ÿ˜Š I hadn't heard of it til I saw you and Gab were playing it, and once I saw Supermassive made it I was…. A bit apprehensive haha But so far I'm really interested in whats gonna happen. Very pleasantly surprised! ๐Ÿ™‚
I'm also not a DbD player or watcher, so at least as a stand alone game, this aint bad so far.

  7. I've played DbD only a few times, got teams of survivors with flashbangs/flashlights every time, and it was just not fun to play as a beginner.
I like some characters, like the Huntress and the Artist, I wish there was a game focused on the story aspect, so it's nice that they're doing something like that with this game.

  8. You donโ€™t know how sad I was when you went into the fight with Frank as Sam and didnโ€™t say โ€œRed means scary yall!โ€๐Ÿ˜‚ I was so sure you were gonna say it lmao.

  9. i still think about what X factor until dawn had that supermassive hasnt been able to replicate since. i think it might be that they heavily leaned into the campiness of the slasher genre, while the rest of their games take themselves a little too seriously.
