I doubt that Ace's scar is from appendicitis surgery, I have one and it's about an inch lower than the navel and pictures from Google search results have it pretty much in the same place, but from the video, it's almost in the same level or even higher than Ace's navel.

The book that Mikaela Reid reads looks almost just like the Voynich Manuscript!!! I'm almost 100% sure that's what it references. The Voynich Manuscript is a real famous antique booklet with an unknown language that seems to be based on unknown plants. So cool!! 😎
So about Bill cigarettes, he smokes a brand called Romero cigarettes which is a reference to George A. Romero a famous zombie movie director.
It can be seen in l4d sacrifice trailer.
As for the name on the DbD cigarette the name might be a reference to an artist that worked on L4D called Eric Kirchmer.
I think the person that commented the other comment got confused about this info and said that it is the Bill's voice actor name on the cigarette.
I think that is about that on Bill's cigarettes unless we find more.

Yeah they put details from this but when it comes to anti cheat there's no detail and the game is super imbalance because they are putting all their budget to this type of small details
