Discussing dbd with people is the closest thing to debating about politics in gaming. You got the survivor and killer debates just like the left and right debates. The survivors think the killers are stupid, and the killers think the survivors are stupid, just like how the left thinks the right is dumb and vice versa.
I sound weird talking about this I know, I just thought about this and wanted to know what y'all thought.
I feel like they should add more objectives into the game. Kinda like the box pinhead has that survivors need to find.
I am more of a card game player but one thing that kills the joy out of games i play is when its not a factor of how good of a player I am, but rather, how bad of a player is my opponent. It would suck knowing that what determined my ability to win was if the opponents just got an unlucky draw of the hand, which is to say that I rely on needing a weak link to have a chance at winning or they make numerous mistakes.
3 gens done at 3 minutes and 55 seconds, survivors would even say this to some rank 1 comp nurse main.

Pressure gens better? even if the chases were lasting 15 seconds there's time to get hooks by then the killer has already lost in 4 minutes in this game.

Hard to say if the Blight player was actually “top MMR”. His grade was silver grey, which basically means he’s played less this month than the iridescent grade survivors, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s worse than them. 🤷♂️ Tru also didn’t check his hours, and he didn’t bother chasing Tru more than a few seconds this match. So maybe he’s top tier? Or maybe he’s just average against solid survivors and had trouble in the chases? Hard to say.
2:23 he said some “I don’t get punished when I do something bad as survivor” you play solo and for yourself that’s the easiest way to survive 9/10 there’s been 90% of videos where you could do something to save someone and don’t lol but as long as you survived it’s all good.
This game was meant to be play for fun.. i just play it for fun with friends and if i die, i die. Why would anyone play competitive a game that's about doing gens and escaping… some of you need to grow the fuck up.
Funnily enough. He said the game's in it's dark times during november. The playerbase has done nothing but decline since then.
