Honestly i hate sprint burst just don't like how you would have to 99% if you want to run about. I would take lithe over SB any day. I would probably say DH is the best if used right. Then head on is my fave exhausting perk but it's the worst lol.

I’m surprised Yui wasn’t mentioned. Lucky Break is a seriously scary perk to go up against, and Any Means Necessary although a meme can potentially be useful. Breakout is also a meme but still both perks have value on top of a very valuable lucky break
