Which Survivors and Killers Could be Friends? (Dead by Daylight)

Read more Dead by Daylight ➜ https://deadbydaylight.mgn.gg

Ever wondered if the Survivors and Killers ever interact outside of the Trials? And if they do, are any of them capable of being civil or even making friends in some cases? What kind of relationships would these two sides have? I only want to cover relationships that are built on a real connection and not, say, the Killer’s desire for something or to further their own goals. Just the real connections.

At the time of this video’s release Chapter 32 has been announced as Dungeons & Dragons! The PTB is out and the new killer is Vecna, as well as an elf Survivor and castle map!

  1. Xeno would have a once in a life time spare someone is the survivor has a chest burster in them like in alien 3 when dog alien spared ripely because she has a chest burster in her

  2. The only Survivor I think Wesker would show an iota of care for would be Rebecca. Not only does he have a picture of her in his desk, but he personally hired her into S.T.A.R.S. I can't imagine them being friends, but maybe he'd like to hear about what Rebecca has been up to combating all the various viruses and plagas.
They're both Viralogists, but one is definitely more corrupted.

  3. I think Michael might be able to watches others to create a connection, but in a really weird/fu*ked-up way. This is for a simple reason that's shown in film multiple times: Michael's ability to drive a car and adapt to weapons he's never used before. Both of these makes me conclude that Michael Myers likely studies the actions of others to learn how to do things a lot quicker than 85% of other people do. Michael might go for a legit connection with a survivor if he finds one with a weapon that interests him enough to want lessons? Due to this, our new Elf survivor (considering her items on-hand) and/or Ash Williams (due to his artificial hand) might be people he wants to be able to learn from. He'd still be stalking them, but he'd be study-stalking instead of actively trying to murder them.

I get he's supposed to be the "embodiment of evil" according to Dr. Loomis, but I feel Dr. Loomis failed Michael completely as a medical doctor, using his own opinions and outdated standards in his reasoning. I think Dr. Loomis failed Laurie by failing Michael because if Michael got proper treatment, Michael might have never escaped in the first place. So, I don't think we can just take Loomis's stance here.

If anything, I'd say it seems likely that Michael Myers actually is on the Autism Spectrum (likely non-verbal and a really messed-up Savant type there). I'm saying the Savant type here considering his legit pension for literally choosing stabbing things – in an alternate reality, Michael could have been the world's greatest fencer with the proper training.

I'd also imagine that Ghost-Face would love to have some potential fans in the Realm (maybe someone teaches him how to use Twitter for his selfies).

And I inagine multiple members of the Legion also making survivor connections (most like the female Legion members with other female survivors).

  4. Honestly i think Skullmerchant and Yun-Jin could possibly bond over their love for fashion and luxury items. Since I believe both were poor but then went on to become people of the upperclass

  5. I think Sadako would be able to interact with Spirit and Oni because all of them are, well, vengeful spirits and would connect over the fact of their pain, anger and sadness altogether.

Rin would probably not want to stay closer with her gran-gran-grandfather, but I think with Sadako would be different because of their shares of pain in their last moments.

And Oni would probably respect Sadako too giving the fact she helds really powerful abilities and isn't controled directly by the entity, which would be also a sign of strenght.

  6. Lori, if she still Micheal’s brother. In this continuity. Then they can connect. Bubba could probably have a connection with his imply daughter. But I don’t think anybody else. You’re probably right. Pyramid head would probably go check on James. You forgot he would probably try to kill Maria. To make sure, James doesn’t forget what he did. Nemesis would probably connect with William. Since he helped build him. I can only see pinhead connecting with Dwight. And maybe demo. If Pinhead follows the same circles, as the mind flayer

  7. I know that Micheal is the Embodiment of evil but at one point he was trying to connect with the teenage Lorie which she misunderstood and then stabbed him. Maybe if she tries to apologize or even tries talking to him she could get through to him once more

  8. Certainly a cute video idea – I really feel as though there's missed potential in Dead by Daylight, keeping the killers from interacting with each other, or even the survivors outside of trials. Neat little scenarios, and fleeting encounters that could provide a fun bit of flavour to an otherwise bland framing of a setting.
"Oh, the entity keeps them all separated, and keeps them mind-wiped so they don't remember anything so they're all angry and produce emotions and etc etc" – how dreadfully boring.

The most interesting lore pieces are when two characters interact in the Entity's realm – like, I think all those killers jobbing to Talbot Grimes and getting SERUM'd is lame, but it was intriguing to see a character messing with the killers outside of The Entity's purview (Even if The Doctor ended up screaming like a little bitch – how embarrassing).
Or, The Dredge implied to have eaten Clown's horse for a bit – didn't like it, but it was like 'Oh, he can do that?' ('bring Maurice back though!')

While I might not have liked what they did, it was also when I felt the most emotions when reading the lore – backstories, and memories of the past aren't that exciting in comparison. For all the souls wandering the entity's realm, it's quite dull outside of trials.

  9. With Blight, I still think that he and Vittorio where friends befor he became a monster. Both wehre wandering in the fog for a long time. maybe one day they found each other. Maybe the blight start teaching vittorio english (and I think the blight would understand latin)

And the Legion, its canon that they now Jeff, he was the one design the logo for them, so all of the legion where probably somewhat friends with him
