Ok, honestly this deathslinger build sounds really fun (well the slow movement speed isn't great but the actual stealth you can get). It's like scratched mirror myers – kinda fun kinda meme. Gotta test this one out!

If you really wanted to go all out, you could even include killer stun/fatigue states. Such as Legion's fatigue movement speed, and Deathslinger's reel-stun.
According to the DBD wiki, with monitor and abuse your terror radius is only reduced by 8 metres, it says, "Your base Terror Radius is increased by 8 metres (for deathslinger 24 -> 32 metres), Whenever you are outside of a Chase, your Terror Radius is reduced by 16 metres (32 metres -> 16 metres)". Then you minus the 12 metres from the addons (16 metres -> 4 metres). But it doesn't affect the video so who cares. Great video anyways.
Before I watch the video I want to guess. I originally voted Myers because of how slow actively stalking someone even though my gut told me to go with someone else. Possible spoiler
I’m going to guess Deathslinger with his ADS stealth addons from an old Ohtofu video. Alright time to find out the actual correct answer.
Seeing a few comments about Monitor. When outside of a chase, Monitor reduces your terror radius by 16m. In Deathslinger's case, that's from 24m to 8m. The add-ons then do the rest. The confusion seems to come from Monitor's ability while IN a chase: that is, INCREASING your terror radius by 8m.
Secondly: I couldn't find any hard data for the speed of Myer's stalk, hence its exclusion here. If anyone has the exact speed then I'm happy to issue a correction video 🙂
