Wraith gets a VERY short speed boost after uncloaking, stacked with the lunge by attacking, the speed goes pretty nuts
When coming out of cloak, Wraith gets a massive speed boost. It also stacks with other haste perks, and the speed you get from lunging.
Edit:
The decloak speed boost also increases with cloak speed addons (i.e. windstorm).
