Oh man I love pinhead but I swear their is times his power is annoying when casting it in certain areas also if someone runs fixated your in for a bad time I literally got a cherly the other day run that perk didn’t know she had I thought she was cheating cause my chains broke instantly and was moving insanely fast so I hit her on hook and I’m endgame screen I saw she had the perk and I felt so bad.

  2. That Engineer’s Fang/Wire Frame combo is my favorite. I like to add Sloppy Butcher on top of it for a nice, authentic, lore accurate Pinhead feel. Gift of Pain also, rounding it off with Nurse’s Calling and a random generator regression perk for the ultimate Hellraiser build. It’s absolutely sadistic, but extremely true to the character. Maximum suffering. They get cut, they STAY cut. Nurse’s synergizes great with Sloppy. Pools of blood everywhere as well, so they can’t hide. They can’t heal. They still gotta contest with the chain hunt. It’s truly evil, lol

  3. pinhead is definitely top tier if you know how to use him you can halt all progress for survivors with so much that have to deal with (chain hunt, regular chains, the box, plus whatever perks you brought) like you said it just gets to the point it’s too much unless you have a coordinated team
