The Skull Merchant continues to be one of the most polarizing and controversial Killers in Dead by Daylight. Despite the changes after her release, her ability to defend 3-gens and hold the game hostage is still out of control. So much so that even Team Eternal, widely regarded as the best Survivor team in the world, struggled to beat a Skull Merchant with far less hours than any of them.

I main Knight and this actually put me off playing SM even when I have her. While I know we can just choose not to play like this, I don't like that this is how bad it can get with her.
I personally find her drones more infuriating than a Knight holding a 3-gen with how little commitment it takes on her part to basically proxy gens with drones that give info and can expose survivors just by being there.

Really not sure why Otz was portraying the killer as a villain here. He was very obviously making tongue in cheek comments…and he was right in a sense, getting the w for team eternal did take them an incredible amount of creativity, concentration and endurance…just like in a game of chess.
Personally though, I found Otz’s one-sidedness and overall tone when dealing with the killer in this pretty disgusting ngl 🤷♂️
The problem is, i doubt cm9i would've been a good sport had he won the match, even in the "apology" he still had to say "they resorted to gen rushing" the guy who is literally 3 genning is being petty
Bro called KL out for losing twice when he was playing M1 trapper, clearly a stupid way to gain attention.
I watched one of the games on his stream and one of them was in eerie of crows where he lost his ground when he found himself with 3 pallets in less than 8 meters of each other rhat connected to shack. All of that above to say that I'm tired of people who compare players who play in pubs to comp players when it's clearly a whole different way to play the game.

Can anyone please explain what do you get if someone offered there items like med kit toolbox or flashlight if your the killer because they always offer there items if there the last one standing so I let them out. I don't get that last offerings strat 😅 and I feel like a bad person if I killed them anyway even if there offerings something 😂
say what you will have the skull merch (and i hate to say this) he was basically a raid boss, the best surv team on the planet took a whooping 53 minutes! The best thing about this video is trying to pin point the main reasons why its viable and get BHVR to nerf or change it.

Maybe in late 2020 after patch 4.4.0 but before 4.6.0 I was playing with my team, we are not pro players but we still stomp most players, even S tier killers like Nurse or Spirit but one time we loaded to the game on autoheaven and we have legacy hillbilly who was post-nerf, and that d-tier killer just DESTROY US LIKE WE ARE 2 YEARS OLD KIDS, and that player was ofc Knight Light, in that time survivors were like 10x more powerful due to the 5 second ds without any conditions, you could repair gen before killer face with it, with pre nerf soul guard and ub+adrenaline, that combo stomp 99% players even if average surviors like us were using it, but here Knight Light using nerfed Billy, D-tier killer destory us like noting with 5 gens left and he's not even Billy main, that shows u how good as a player he is and his team, and here average Skull Merchant is making them look like bad players, yeah this killers needs to go❤

The match time limit was something that was added not that long ago really. I want to say it was either added early this year or last year. For the most part people wont see this happen… Obviously.
She needs less drones (4/3/2) as the game goes on or she cant replace em right after being hacked. Either way drone availability is the issue imo.

Just shut up bro, you don't have a single leg to stand on. I hope the devs remove the disconnect penalty and that every game this joker gets from then on every Survivor just D.C.s at the start of the match and he never gets another real game ever again.

I dont think "chess" is the right term. Because there's this game called 'Monopoly', a game which lasts forever and by the end everyone hates it, bar the winner sometimes.
Where as chess is fun and usually doesn't take long for a game to finish, unless thats how the players want to play it.
Now we just need comms in solo queue…
Now imagine this same game, but with 200% regression on overcharge and 20s incapacitated on eruption

3/4 good survivors vs 1 good killer = survivors win
Put literally any other killer in this scenario and watch that 50+ minutes immediately drop to 5 minutes.
This demonstrates 2 things to me:
1) Optimal survivors are more oppressive than optimal killers
2) This is still true even when the survivors make mistakes
I sincerely hope every match starts looking exactly like this one so that survivors will finally be forced to contend with the fact that they have had it easy for 7 years. This level of oppression is what killers have had to put up with for 7 years. Except the killers usually lost. The survivors won here. The game is broken.

Yeah I'm usually kinda biased towards killers in general just because I'm a killer main (and most people are a bit biased if they're honest with themselves) but I'm so glad Eternal won because the skull merchant guy seemed like such an ass lol good on them!
