Don't fuck with the Chuck
I like running monitor&abuse+Silk Pillow. Reducing chucky TR to 20 makes a lot easier to get opening hits for build 2. I'd run monitor+bbq over lethal+bbq on chucky. Build 3 add-on are not worth using, not after his PTB movement missed cooldown nerf. The add-on i'd recommend using is Jump rope+Hair Spray & Candle. Normally, i don't recommend running stbfl+rapid brutality on killer that have movement speed catch-up like chucky but chucky really benefits from these two perks because it makes him a pseudo instant down/machine gun type killer. Rat poison+Power drill is definitely chucky's best add-on combo but these are alternative options that are pretty good.
