  1. Literally had to work out which best add on combo worked best for the toolbox there and you did indeed get the right combo for this by approx 3.4 seconds. HOWEVER there is a quicker way to do the gen (Hypothetically and not necessarily going to work 100% of the time). That is the following.

Have the 27 stacks of fast track ready. Bring Engineers Toolbox + Brand New Part + Wire Spool.

    1. Start the Gen WITHOUT the toolbox.
    2. If in the first 15 seconds, you get a skillcheck hit fast track.
    3. After this, come off the gen and switch to M2 (using toolbox)
    4. Use BNP and hit both skillchecks
    5. Finish the gen with the toolbox.

IF you get a Skillcheck at 5 seconds in, this is the result. (Numbers are % of Gen Completed)
    4 + 27 + 25 = 66% of Gen completed after 10 seconds. + 0.5 Second cooldown for switch from M1 to M2.

    Engineers toolbox still has 16 (+4 from Streetwise) + 12 Wirespool = 32 going a 2c/s = 98% of gen completed in 10+12 seconds (so 22 seconds).

2 more seconds to complete the gen = 24 seconds.

You wont need built to last so replace it with spine chill. Res + SC = 15% speed boost.

    24/1.15 = 20.87 Seconds + 0.5 Second cooldown for switch from M1 to M2. = *21.37 Seconds*

Theoretically, you're time can be beaten, provided you follow this setup, although it is RNG Heavy. If youre lucky to get a skillcheck in less than 5 seconds and hit a great skillcheck, then i can be beaten further.
