Alright so I am fairly goddamned convinced that BHVR have coded the hatch to definitely spawn near the last survivor in some general radius. 1st game – 3 survivors escape and the last survivor with a trap on their head gets the hatch within 6-8 seconds of the team leaving. 2nd game – Last survivor gets hatch again under 10 seconds. 3rd game – Chasing while 3rd survivor is floating. Finds hatch in the middle of the corn.
I hate to be the bearer of the tinfoil hat but good god it sure does seem this way.
Another reason why trapper is a joke. Survivors can run past traps if another survivor is disarming it 🤦🏻♂️

Never break shack pallet with basement trapper. You put trap Infront of it so they can't disarm it.

Anyone else notice that odd icon that is showing at times above Claudette's face icon to the left of the screen?
Its oddly important to keep the shack pallet there if you are doing basement Trapper and the basement is there. Since you can make it to where the only way they can disarm it is by being inside. It also forces them to slow vault if they manage to disarm it as you are coming after them. You basically want two traps on the inside ( Pallet and window ) and one on the doorway. You also want another trap on the other side of the window. These are the minimum traps for shack basement if you are going for basement Trapper. Other trap locations are good as well but what I stated is the minimum you need for that location.
Sometimes I just do not know why they don’t let one person die in the basement as here shown and also on second hook to have a three man escape on the other side. Especially when the exit gates are far away. The chance to get everyone out is rare and the risk to loose more survivors is much higher. And extra, when I know as a survivor that the trapper sets traps everywhere. That’s just committing suicide.
A survivor shouldn’t be able to hold the trap while someone runs over it like that. Such bs.
What is the point of survs blinding while killer is kicking a pallet? I get this in every game and it does nothing, it's over by the time I'm done kicking. That time could have been used for them to get more distance
