If we get a second chapter of Stranger Things, then it's most likely that Robin Buckley and Jim Hopper would be the next two characters for Stranger Things second chapter along with Vecna as the next killer, while Eddie Munson, Joyce Byers, and Max Mayfield are legendary skins for Steve and Nancy.
Happy to see my #1 ranks so high, Robin. Realistically, though, both Hopper and Eleven would most likely get released first just for the marketing spotlight. Surprised Max ranked lower than Joyce and Billy, she's the best actor of all the kids (pre-18 characters), had the best episode and arc last season, and is my #2 after Robin.

Realistically itd be
1. Robin. Because she's been here since season 3.
2. Eddie. Everyone loved his new addition in season 4.
3. Would be Hopper because he was there helping protect the town of Hawkins since day 1.
4. Joyce. Because she's been a big help as far as bringing everyone together.
5. Billy. But at the same time idk because he was more or less a bully whenever we seen him in the series

2 new survivors
1) Jim Hopper
2) Robin
Eddie and Billy get legendary skins on Steve.
Joyce could be a legendary skin on Robin or Nancy (or even Jim based on SH dlc)
Hopefully, Jim would get legendary outfits for bith Murray and Aleksei later too.
Also no way Eleven is Ch30.5. ST just came back, they will let the dust settle over a chapter or 2 before trying to get more ST hype. My guess is it will allign with ST season 5 (or 5 finale) release.

I really don't think the new survivor is Stranger Things related.
People saying hopper should be a legendary skin is criminal. He out of all of them should absolutely be his own character, he has a lot of different skin potentials throughout the seasons (I need season 3 Hawaiian hopper asap) everyone else could be done legendary (Eddie, Robin, Joyce, max) you could argue Billy and eleven should be their own characters as well and yeah, I could see that. Also a legendary argyle skin is a must please.

I love how the actual core cast of ST didn’t even get top 8 🥲
They're all great characters, but 3, 5, 8 and several that aren't on the list probably aren't choice survivors since they don't really…ummm…survive? Behavior would rather have actual survivors that are in the game as seen when they introduced the only character that survived The Ring story and aged him up. Some can argue Laurie Strode doesn't survive all iterations of her character either, but she does at least survive the movie she's introduced in. For Eddie, Billy, Alexei and Chrissy, only 1 survived the season they were introduced but dies the next season while the other 3 died in the same season their character was introduced.
I'm all for Jim Hopper and Joyce Byers being introduced though. Jim is a great survivor, and Joyce Byers survived trying to look for her son and rescue Jim, so the pairing would be really great. Plus it would be great seeing voice lines of Chucky or Nick Cage recognizing Winona Ryder lol.
As for the kids that have probably survived the most, I think it'd be great to introduce them into the game AFTER the last season as by that time, they'll most likely be 18+ in the story timeline and in their last year of High School and pursuing their own future by the series finale.

Hopper and Joyce are literally the perfect pair for a sequel chapter. Much like Steve and Nancy, they have a lot of on-screen time together and a complex / thoroughly explored relationship. These two have been central figures since the beginning, but they’ve developed SO much into the later seasons of the show and they evolve into even more interesting characters later on. Hopper is my favorite character in the entire show, and it’d be CRAZY if we saw David Harbour provide the voice for that character.
I love that Robin and Eddie get so much love even though they were added much later in the show. Eddie especially is in my top three favorite characters as he is a classic misfit character who is simply misunderstood. I’d love to see him added as a character or a legendary.

I’ve never bought a legendary skin before, but I’m not even kidding, if Bob became a legendary skin I would DEFINITELY buy him.

eddie should be a legendary since he only has 1 outfit in the show but whoever thinks he should take a slot for a seperate survivor is dumb because of my reason plus hes not an important character like that. hes like billy. but robin, hopper and joyce should be seperate survivors fs

God, no, NOT Billy. We need to care enough about our survivors to want them to live.
Personally, I’m fine with only keeping Steve and Nancy. They were the best fits imo and maybe we could get another legendary skin or two, but that’s all I’d want. IMO there are WAY too many RE characters/skins already and I don’t want that to happen with Stranger Things as well.

I think Joyce makes most sense lore wise. I think they could do some cool crossover lore where after Jonathon is taken by the entity she gets super determined to find him, like she did with Will in S1 and investigates DBD related people and places like the Black Vale until she ends up finding the entity
