Tenacity is already an A-tier perk. I've used it along with Unbreakable for months. You won't believe how many times that saved me in game.

All survivors are the same considering you can swap out so one else's perks. My question is, do some survivors have a smaller hit box area ?

I would put Yoichi as the worst perks in the game 1000000%
Urban Evasion is great for looping facing a ranged killer, unhooking someone facing hag, or sneaking up on Victor to kick him since staying crouched does not activate killer instinct. Unfortunately, like self-care or Sprint burst, it's used incorrectly 90% of the time. I do agree that rookie spirit is underrated since Gen-regression is used too dang much.
Empathy is an S Tier perk, in my opinion. It is one perk in the game that you will never NOT get usage out of.
I cannot tell you how many times this perk has helped me keep my solo queue teammates alive for longer.
-It allows you to find and heal injured teammates anywhere on the map.
-It is also extremely helpful when a deadhook teammate is being tunneled by the Killer as you know where to be to takes hits so that your deadhook teammate can at least get to a stronger loop.
-It is GOD-TIER against Legion as it tells you exactly where the last person they hit is and lets you get far enough away so that the Legion will run out of Frenzy before they can reach you.
-Empathy helps you to avoid running into injured teammates mid-chase.
-Empathy also saves you from those sandbagging solo-queue Bond users who like to do everything in their power to bring the Killer towards you.
-Empathy indirectly tells you where the Killer is.
-Empathy gives you a very fun show to watch while you do gens as you watch your teammates loop. You may also be able to figure out where pallets have been thrown as well.
I love Empathy. One of the Best Perks in the game. Easy.
26:04 just to let you know. Leader can actually help yourself if you let a teammate heal you. As they will benefit from the 25% boost onto you.

I feel like deception is massively underrated. But power struggle and appraisal are trash.
Jane main, but she should be swapped with Tapp. Solidarity’s rate isn’t that impressive and Poised is almost always useless.
