DBD Math Confusing, the actual Solo Gen time is 165s (Regression is multiplicative rather than additive as I found out today). Still way too long, hopefully, is adjusted to something more reasonable!
(My working out: Gens take 90 charges, 1 charge = 1 second.
1 Charge – 22% = 0.78, 90s / 0.78 = 115s, 1 Charge – 30% = 0.7, 115s / 0.7 = 164.8s)

This will cause new players to just quit. Damn i got 2k hours play both sides and see how bs some of these new killer perks are. If this doesn't get changed i expect heaps of legions, not gonna lie I dc'd nearly all the legion games due to this bs there's just 0 fun in it. You cannot win
I understand they have to balance for killers, but on an average game with regular regrassion perks each survivor is looking to being 5 minutes pressing M1 looking at a gen, that is a boring game I do not wanna play + lucky if you dont get tunneled out + camped + queue times…etc.. not good times for dbd
Now i see why one of my favorite killers was nerfed 🤦🏾♂️ killers been abusing this and instead of them nerfing the perks they nerfed him.
His frenzy speed is about the same speed as his normal speed and i was playing like why tf did they nerf his run speed its so stupid.well this explains that but i never seen something nerfed so fast meanwhile survivors ran dead heart for almost 2 years
After all the games of swfs bringing prove thyself and old dead hard, ending games in 5 minutes then teabagging at the exit gates, THESE GENS ARE FAIR. Okay jk, somewhere in between what was then and what is now on ptb would be nice.

Gotta be honest with you on this one, the gen slowdown changed this game’s outcome about as much as BHVR changed the values on Thanatophobia in this patch. The math seems a bit sketchy, but at worst the gens should be 1:1 regression to progression, assuming that you can keep all 4 survivors injured and they are dumb enough to not cleanse/boon your totems. If you’re playing anyone other than Legion or Plague you’re probably not going to reliably keep everyone injured, and even if you do they should still have plenty of time to focus on gens, book a small trip to Hawaii, and play a quick game of hockey before the killer can get more than 4 or 5 hooks. Not to mention that survivors can have up to 5 health states starting this next patch, so I think a little extra time on gens is the least of our worries at the moment.

Perks and addons should only add spice to the game and not effect the core gameplay. Otherwise since people these days only play to win not for fun it is absolutely inevitable that they will google best perks and addons and use them brainlessly. Which in turn makes the game no fun for people who want to mess about.
The amount of weak survs I've seen with ds,dh is incredible. If only they brought info perks instead since odds are they are solos the game would be easier and more interactive for them. Instead they bring the meta have no idea what's going on then blame their team and claim killers are op all while telling people In chat to die. I've seen it hundreds of times from streamers and friends you literally have no idea what went on that game yet you have the audacity to insult them while you refuse to switch your meta perks to get a better understanding and use that thing in your head to devise ways to assist them and have fun doing it. The challenge is beating the impossible with complex tactics whether it's solo or as a team. It's not by becoming so reliant on meta perks to hold your hand that the game becomes stale and uninteractive.
Some survs are so against taking responsability that they have developed tourettes in end game chat were all they can say is camper or tunneled. Even in games with 0 kills and 8 hooks it's incredible.
It really starts to make sense when you dig deep into the average mindset of players. They will bring whatever it takes to improve their odds at the risk of boring generic games. Tell me how much of a leap is it really for them to use subtle hacks at that point? Think about it how good will new dh be with a script that ensures its used upon being hit. It's not just the game that's the problem it's the players and their attitudes too.
Holding m1 was always the most boring part of the game and it getting extremely buffed for killers might actually kill the game at high mmr solo queue xd
If they don’t fix this it won’t be an update coming out, it’ll be their game dying with no one playing once they realize how dumb this killer meta is. This is ridiculous

You cannot expect PTB survivors to sit and do gens…PTB survivors VIBE…

Usually with GENRUSHERS: I get 2 gens done by the time I down the first survivor (even if I down that survivor really fast with the NURSE), and then 2 more gens by the time 1 or 2 OTHER survivors are hooked. So with 3 survivors hooked once and ONE gen to go, you really need DEBUFFS like this.
You can always win against solo queues, but with SWF it is UNPLAYABLE as the killer…If you get a GOOD SWF that are genrushing and juking the SHAYT outta u, there's a good chance you will not get a single kill…
