Bubba got a very nice buff that makes his most ran add-ons partially basekit while implementing other aspects into his kit to make him more fluid. Collision is less of a hassle and the tantrum duration feels non existent to an extent!

I have theory about your new player on PTB question. Console players can't play the PTB. So a lot of them might have a PC account just to do the PTB but haven't put any real time into leveling up characters on those accounts. I fall into that category for example.
New players are playing the PTB because it's D&D, I suspect.

You can hug the loop while looking away from it. That's how you mind game and double back without colliding

I think the percs synergize very well with eath other and play into pheads strengths. Not to much active gen slow down but that is not needed anyways since you will have a ton of pressure with it!
