Can confirm, I rarely play Plague both cus her start up is a little slow and cus I have real bad emetophobia and hearing Plague or the survivors vomit make me so uneasy. I feel like a simple sound edit setting to replace the noise with something else and maybe a visual effect could be nice too, I think El Doinko did a great video talking about it.
i hope the upcoming changes do some good for legion, even if itโs just the deep wound change

What I'm hoping for Pinhead is.They buff his adds on a little and they make it so his boxes Static noise is louder and omni directional for killers who have vision trouble like myself. I've been begging for behavior to add the second thing for almost a year now.Because I can't see or hear the box even when i'm standing directly near it.

Everybody talking about how worried they are about the possibility of a plague buff, and meanwhile my fear is that they're going to nerf her. Even without the highest pick rate, she's got a bit of a reputation for being a pub stomper, and after the skull merchant gutting, I'm scared behaviour are going to start giving the same treatment to every killer bad players like to complain about. Honestly, everything in plague's kit is pretty balanced and doesn't need any changes with the exception of her two iridescents, which are definitely overtuned and could use a nerf. Praying that's all they touch, and maybe some changes to the vomit stuff for those people who have that phobia, seems more common than I realised
