  1. Getting this update out as fast as possible to try to reduce the level of damage that these people are able to cause. Make sure to share with anyone who plays on STEAM.

  3. I really wish DBD would take a page from Identity V in terms of Morality Points. The way it works is like MMR, but disconnecting, working with the killer, afking will all reduce morality points. Once you’re under 80, (starts at 100) you are going to start getting paired with people who play like toxic ass bags, people who disconnect if things don’t go their way. It’s a very good way to reward good in game behavior and punish bad in game behavior. Farming those who like to be asses with each other and leaving the people who actually play to play rather than have an ego off are grouped with eachother. Just an Idea.

  4. A couple months ago my girlfriend was randomly banned while grinding to prestige all her survivors before the prestige rework hit. We were super confused and annoyed because this meant that she was extremely unlikely to be able to prestige them all in time, but it turned out to be much worse. Just last week she got an e-mail saying her ban appeal has been denied, she won't be able to submit another one, and they won't even give us any information beyond "there is strong evidence you were cheating". Has anyone encountered anything like this and been able to successfully fight it? She's very cut-up about it, we had played the game together for almost 3 years and always hated cheaters. If anyone knows a way to help that doesn't involve spitefully buying a hacked account or similar, please reach out.

  5. I got permanently banned by BHVR mod on steam forums for using this video as a reference to mmr and why it is harder to play a new killer and got banned for "Promoting illegal programs"

  6. This actually happened to me some months ago, every time I tried to play the game I'd randomly get disconnected. My dns was fucked up for quite a while until I called my provider who was dumbfounded because he didn't know why this was happening but was ultimately able to fix the problem. I reached a point where the penalty was 24h and bhvr support couldn't remove it even tho this was technically their fault cause of their shitty anticheat. I had to play with a vpn for a while but that sucked the fun out of the game for me and I quit mostly.
