Hmmm. Wesker is cunning enough to play along with the Entity's games, but he'll definitely try to undermine it at some point to further his own goals. Given his past methods, he might try to recruit the Blight or at least steal his research. With his knowledge of B.O.W.s, he might also try to get Nemesis under his control.

When I was little I thought wesker was just a marvel vs capcom fighter
But since I grew I did research and now I’m older my favorite resident evil killer is bout to get added
My lore theory:
Wesker was taken by the Entity right before the volcanic explosion in RE5. In exchange for his service, the entity gifted him with the ability to control his uroboros virus. Wesker accepts, but also has other intentions. He'll bide his time and plan a coup in the realms and will most likely try to recruit other killers. He'll also most likely be VERY interested in Blight's research and try to get his hands on Blight's research to see if he can use it to further his goal, either by manipulating Blight to work with him or just outright stealing it
