  8. If the knife effect doesn't dissipate with time the power looks really good. You could potentially 99 people for later hits like a ghostface or keep people ready to be downed like a deathslinger or twins

    Edit: so, the effect dies dissipate, but slowly. It takes exactly 8 knives per health state, and you have 60. This killer will probably shine at loops and mid range. They seem to have good potential for multiple survivors due to the speed of knife throwing. My guess is this killer will be b to a-tier, and shine at keeping people injured.
