I'd say it isn't tunneling at all. He went for the unhook which probably wasn't the right play anyways since it was either he goes to 2nd immediately, or the person on hook goes to second in another 20 or so seconds (long enough for Kate to run over hopefully).

Technically not tunneling since Huntress hooked Jane first, let him go and then just lobbed an axe at the other hook, probably didn't have time to notice it was Dwight.
I think he would've been fine if he unhooked on the right side but instead he unhooked from the middle, allowing you to get that shot

Had it been a situation where he just ran off to heal then I might call it tunneling, but even then it's not hard tunneling and definitely not the kind to complain to the killer about. It was a good throw, but also his fault for not getting behind the hooked person

When survivors play stupid games (unhooking in front of killer), they win stupid prizes. You shouldn't feel bad, they need to git gud.
Tunneling means: Tunnel vision. Tunnel vision is a vision defect where objects cannot be seen unless they are near the center of the visual field. In DBD this means only being able to see 1 survivor and focusing on them and the rest are to dark for you to see, ignoring them. You weren’t tunneling in this case.
I disagree. Dwight didn't even took cover behind the hook, perhaps the only thing you're at fault here is for playing too well, 5 hook stages at 4 gens with 2 people on hook is amazing, maybe letting the save happen would give this match some needed spice, but I can see only this snippet, maybe they had 2 gens ready to pop. Also you can play however you want anyway, Dwight should have just said his ggs and moved on

I mainly play survivor and encounter actual tunneling and this is not tunneling. I consider tunneling to be singling out a player specifically and ensuring they die. You would have killed whoever is unhooking because the survivors put themselves in a bad situation and as a killer you should capitalize on it. In short the Dwight was just mad and looking to say that you didn’t play fairly to make himself feel better about their mistakes and his.
