That's a brutal build for The Doctor, I have seen more and more Docs starting to use Starstruck. I think Deathslinger and Nurses also use Starstruck and it's very lethal.
If I’m using starstruck I would use both calm add ons to increase the terror radius and make it bigger

i feel like make your choice is more reliable cuz then u can use ur Pop or whatever and come back to the hook static blast and kill the exposed one.
now that im thinking about it maybe both are pretty good cuz it forces some1 who wasnt exposed or re-exposes the rescuer.
starstruck on doctor is bullying

Honestly everyone argues if you use starstruck that you just don't get value because nobodies dumb enough to sit in range, but it's way more effective than devour is. I would have ran Undying, haunted grounds, starstruck, and Make Your Choice instead.
