  1. So I have 105 tier 3 perks on claudette and I will soon unlock more and I am prestige 3. So prestige 3 gets you prestige 6 in the new system. And with my perks I'll get 5 or 6 more prestige levels but if it is capped at prestige 9 then I will lose out on atleast 2 or 3 prestige levels. What a joke. I don't even get extra cosmetic bonuses because charms don't count as I never use them and when I do I don't even notice them. They are pointless. Atleast give us console players the chance to get legacy cosmetics that we literally could not unlock even if we wanted to. Even better for everyone if they just made entirely new cool outfits for us to wear that are unique to the survivor/killer

  2. this makes me never want to play a new survivor again I legit lost all the perks I have already purchased in the shrine and unlocked. I am basically forced to stay on my main forever now because if I like a new char like idk ADA WONG that will be releasing soon I now will not be able to get almost any of the perks I have unlocked this entire time because I never prestige the old chars just took them to 40-45 this has made my life as a survivor legit hell I have already grinded my ass off and its all just gone.

  3. idk i really like it, i feel like now i don't have to worry about losing anything when i prestige, plus i play enough matches that the blood points don't matter. it may cost more but i'd rather do it this way then lose all perks and having to start over AGAIN

  4. I have nurse p3 with all of the teachables already unlocked, is it worth it right now to prestige all of my other characters to p3 if I want to play them? I just feel like it'd be a waste. I also feel like getting bps now is so much more of a grind even if your perks get "unlocked for free" after spending 3m or so for each character to get to p3. your thoughts?

  5. I'm a new Player. As I looked around online, I saw that there was a lot of confusion over the Prestige system, turns out they completely revamped it right before I started playing. I was hearing so many different things about Prestige, but this video really did clear up a lot. Thank you for your work here.
However I do have one question, I think I know the answer, but I'd like some clarification. Let's say I Prestige The Ghost Face to Prestige 1, this would then unlock his Tier 1 perks on all other Killers, correct? Like, Nurse would have access to Thrilling Tremors Tier 1 on her Bloodweb at some point, right? Then, if I grabbed that perk on her Bloodweb and leveled her up, would I eventually see Tier 2 and Tier 3 Thrilling Tremors show up on Nurse's Bloodweb? Even though I don't have Ghost Face's Tier 2/3 version unlocked on all characters, with Ghost Face being at Prestige 1 still.
(Hopefully that makes sense, would appreciate any help.)

  6. I hate this change so much. The old way was superior in every single way. Lv 45 at most u had unlocked the perks. Sure you had to go through the blooodweb to get them, but you were already spending your BP on the web anyway. now you want all the perks at max level well prepare to spend a boat load more bp and almost quadruple the time. Also, have fun putting in hours on killers and survivors you hate playing. Hate the trickster well though p3 him hate jeff well p3 him. This is so dumb

  7. Does levelling perks work the old way still? i.e after 1st prestige you get the level 1 perk, but if you level up the bloodweb on your chars you'll get the level 2 and 3 versions that way? or do we HAVE to get the char to prestige 3 to get the level 3 perk?

If so that's just even worse than the old system ngl lmao

  8. when you get a character to p1 or 2 can you upgrade it for that one character or do you have to get the other survivor to p2 or 3 to upgrade it (example. survivor 1 is at p1, can survivor 2 upgrade of survivor 1's one perk to level two without getting survivor 1 to p2)

  9. To be honest, the only players that are affected negatively are the ones that only play 1 killer and 1 survivor respectively, since instead of having to get the new character to level 40 then level up their main, they have to get the new character to Prestige 1 Level 1 and then level up their main, but with the change to node costs, this problem is fixed. Other players that play a variety of killers and survivors only need to spend roughly 3,000,000 bloodpoints to get all the perks of a new character to Tier 3 on all other characters of the same role. That is roughly 90,000,000 Bloodpoints for killers and 102,000,000 Bloodpoints for survivors as of Forged in Fog chapter (192,000,000 Bloodpoints in total), which only increases by 6,000,000 Bloodpoints every chapter (9,000,000 Bloodpoints for chapters with 2 survivors). If you spend bloodpoints, you don't lose out on progression, so you only need to continue from where you left off. That is 67% less BP compared to the old system. I find this change to be beneficial. Based on my calculations you earn about 150,000 Bloodpoints per hour on average (including challenges, grade rewards and rift pass bloodpoints). This means that currently you need around 1280 hours of active playtime to unlock all perks on all survivors and all killers. 3 chapters ago, it used to be 10,000 hours. I didn't calculate bonuses offered by login rewards and other bonuses provided by offerings and perks.
