The reason ghostface is good is nothing to do with the addons and perks. Its because you can be looking RIGHT at his face 10 meters from you and it won't reveal him. The new reveal is just as broken as the old one just in the opposite direction. The game just decides he doesnt get revealed.
Ghostface looks so fun to play when there's no swf constantly harassing you by stating into your soul lol
