This new perk shattered hope is disgustingly good on Twins, and enables them to slug like crazy even more than before. The major counterplay to twins have been boons, since it’s so difficult to keep people injured. Not anymore.

  1. Game 1 what the hell were Nea and Elodie doing all game, there was like a 5 min stretch where you only were on Jill and Haddie and they were at 3 gens literally the whole time, 0 Gens popped during that stretch lol.

  2. That perk honestly should be base kit. The killer shouldn’t have to run a perk just to counter one potential survivor perk. Espiecally since circle of healing is still top 5 perks even with the killer running shattered hope.

  3. You really need tk try the impossible skill check build. Unnerving presence +huntress lullaby+merciless storm+overcharge as a doctor! Really want to see a video of that❤️

  4. I gotta say I'm a bit bummed you can't choose to just snuff while running this perk and it forces the totem shatter. Survivors can choose to boon or cleanse and you may want to keep the totem up for undying or noed purposes or simply to keep the survivors wasting time setting up the boon when you know there's only one left

  5. Shattered Hope is a perk that gets so little use. I ran this perk through my entire Dredge games to P3 50 and only got used in 2 games. 3 boons were broken. It's not that strong.

    Shattered Hope should be base kit.

  6. No tofu, it shoud be basekit. The fact that you would have suffered immensely(To where you'd probably lost), shows just how shitty the design of it being a perk is. You shouldn't have to run a perk to fix an issue with the way boons are mechanically designed.

  7. there shouldnt be perks that require your opponent to bring a specific perk. this is why people say shattered hope should be basekit, because if survivors bring 0 boon perks its literally useless.

Not impressed by Shattered Hope at all – I shouldn't have to dedicate 1/4 of the killer perk slots to partially counter 1/8 or 1/16 of the survivor perks while still having to put in a ton of effort. Trap perk to lure in noobs, that's being used as an excuse to avoid having to rework Circle of Healing.

    If Shattered Hope ever feels like its worth taking in a game where 1 or 2 survivors have Circle of Healing and that's it – the thing that proves is that Circle of Healing is overpowered, because you're thinking it's worth dedicating 2-4x as much value as the thing you're countering.

    So… uno reverse – I think you're out of your mind if you think the effect shouldn't be base kit. But honestly the problem is less boons and more just CoH being bad design.
